My tankless hot water heater stopped working and I was in the market for a new tankless hot water heater. I reached out to this company and was surprised by their responsiveness, professionalism, quality, and affordable pricing. Mallory was a gem to work with with and coordinated my quote and installation and even checked in after the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied and not having any issues. The technician Jacob was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs, you will not be disappointed.

Incredible service! And responsive even on a Sunday! Had great communication with them and they communicated the schedule with me. Most importantly the tech was on Time and installed the entire water heater system by himself (it’s in the attic). Great job by the team and I highly recommend!

We all know it's hot as a fire cracker this time of year and just my luck for our air to go out.😒🥵 These people are very easy to get ahold of and will even text if you are at work or in a situation where you can't be on a phone call. The fact that I called FIVE other companies before reniew gave me their Much lower quote spoke volumes. They installed a 5 ton American Standard gas split system for us, at my house in Byhalia, MS, and thank the Lord for how fast they got to me. Highly recommended! THANK Y'ALL,so so much!
Ordered and paid for a water heater, expecting it to be properly installed and permitted. Instead the technician installed the wrong size water heater (smaller) incorrectly and without the proper permit. The mistake was discovered when I called them out to address and issue with my furnace. His idea of fixing the furnace challenge was to remove the filters and toss them into the insulation and not replace them. He went on to tell me I would need that all of the duct work would need to be replaced. He left after promising to return the next day with replacement filters saying he would email me an estimate as to the cost of the duct work job and that the water heater issue would be rectified with the installation of the correct size unit piggybacking the wrong one. After not hearing anything further from Renew for a couple of weeks, I became suspicious and called a master plumber, who came very highly recommended, for another opinion. It was at this point that I learned that the filters had been tossed aside and that the water heater had been improperly installed. I was also informed that the "piggybacking" of a second tank was not possible in my attic and that that solution would also require a second hole be made in my roof! I have tried to unsuccessfully work with Renew for four months. I may need to get a lawyer involved.
I should have written this six months ago, but this company is hands down the best I could find in the area. I had the A/C and heater replaced in Southaven, MS. I needed a company I could work with exclusively over text/email, which was very difficult for most companies I tried to get quotes from, but Renew Air HVAC handled it flawlessly. Overall, professional with very experienced staff. Mallory was especially wonderful to work with and was able to get the equipment out and replaced much faster than I anticipated. They are a VERY straightforward and honest company. This part I want to emphasize since, given my circumstances, I had to do business with them without actually meeting them in person. They did everything they said they would do (I was able to verify after the fact), without any hidden fees or services, at the very affordable price they quoted me (probably best in town) and amazingly fast. Definitely worth giving them a call. Will do business with them again for sure.
Great professional service . Technicians very knowledgeable. They were going to do some work for me but the Warranty place didn't come through for us . I live in Munford TN . So they will service you needs out this way also . Don't hesitate to use this wonderful company !

After getting the run around from multiple HVAC companies (late, uncommunicative, no-shows, unable to diagnose the issue, etc.), I'm so thrilled to be working with Spencer at Renew Air. He showed up on time, was extraordinarily polite, has been in constant communication with me, actually discovered the issue with my furnace (yayy!), and has been accommodating with my work schedule to replace my furnace. I can't wait to have heat again in my house and thrilled to be working with such a professional company.
