Warning DO NOT USE RELIANT DUCK CLEANING services. When I called them for an estimate I was very clear that I had 3 return vents and 8 floor vents. The cost I was given was $35 per vent, nothing was said about it would cost $246 for each return vent and $35 for other vents. I was also told it would be qn additional $99 for the dryer vent. Total for 11 vents was $385. Plus $99.00 for the dryer vent. With that quote I booked with them as they were $120 lower then another company that I called. They came for the appointment and looked at all vents and said I would recive the estimate on my phone. When the estimate came they were asking $1,010.00 for just the 11 vents, plus $99.00 for dryer vent. I called to tell them that was not what I was quoted and was told that is what the cost would be. There was no consideration for what I had been told when booking. I asked to talk to a manager and was told he would get back to me with 24 hours. (His staff was waiting to start work) so told them they should leave. While he was putting the vents back on upstairs the worker came back downstairs and said the manager had just called him and said they would do it for $1,100.00. If the manager could call his worker why couldn't he call me. I am now going with a more reputable company that have been recommended, and doing the same deep cleaning with photos of all vents before and after cleaning for just over half the cost.
Best price, best service, and best followup for installation of a Trane furnace and air conditioner. So good, my next door neighbor contracted Reliant for a new furnace and is equally pleased.

Reliant is the only company I use for hvac, for 6+yrs now. They give quality service & are very professional. All of that is with a smile. Highly recommend!
I bought an Air Conditioner and a 3 year maintenance agreement was included in the price of the unit. I was ducked last year and did not get the checkup they were obligated to perform (never responded to any of my emails for scheduling). This year I have emailed, called about 8 different times, and have texted two different employees and have gotten the runaround again. It has now been 5 months since I first contacted them this year with nothing scheduled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be filing a legal claim for this breach of contract if the BBB doesn't take care of this.
I highly recommend this company. They are one of the most honest companies I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. They are the only HVAC provider I will ever use.
Mark and Stan were great! They installed our new ac unit very fast! We compared prices for replacing ours with 4 other companies and their price was the best. They also had the best customer service than any other company. They explained everything they were doing as they were installing the unit. I would recommend best company ever!
My 10 year old Burnham boiler needed repair, after much due diligence I chose Reliant. They position the company as focused on customer service and communication ... they delivered and were extremely responsive. I certainly would recommend the company.
Marc and the team over at Reliant are the best out there. I had A/C and a new elec. panel installed on my house over this Summer and they stayed true to their word on timing, were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using these guys for any future projects. It's hard finding quality service pro's and I highly recommend these guys!
Woke up to 22 degrees outside and the furnace not working. Called Reliant Heating and Air. They were there within the hour to fix the problem at a reasonable rate.
Marc saved us when our air conditioner went out, we had a company call us 5 minutes before our 2 hour window to say they were not coming because they had higher priority jobs and they wanted me to reschedule and wait another 3 days, and I called Reliant after seeing amazing reviews and Marc was here in 30 minutes and fixed our air conditioner, he talked us through what he was doing and explained everything to us and we are so glad we had called his company, I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone!! They go above customer service and we will be lifetime customers!!
Swapped out an ancient thermostat for a new smart thermostat. On time and very nice! We're definitely going to utilize them when we put a blower and AC unit for our upper floor.
Marc and Radek did a great job installing AC and new furnace at our residence. Marc took the time to explain why certain systems pair together and how we would not be getting the most benefit if we didn't make sure all of our needs were met. They were not high pressure at any time and instead took the time to make sure our needs would be met and satisfied. I will no longer need to look for good HVAC service in the future, as I have found a reputable company that stands behind their work. Highly recommend!
