Mike was the technician that came out when my AC went out. I have 3 kids and life felt so crazy with such a hot summer. Mike was so kind and understanding. Our AC was up and running in no time. Thank you so much!!!! Definitely recommend.
Business model = get leads from home warranty company. Then try to switch customer to not work under warranty program. And if you don't switch communication stops and no follow up. Twice came by never fixed the issue. Poor communication and lack of professionalism.
I was referred by my realtor to Jeff a technician/owner at this business. They came out to do an heating and air conditioning inspection on my house previous to buying it in 12/2020, he found nothing wrong. Fast forward to May 2021 I request that the Home Warranty Company that I have send him over. First he was suppose to come and ends up sending two other technicians. When his technicians come they are on a video call with Jeff, so much for experienced professionals. Then his techs come and temp fix the a/c units and say that Jeff will order some parts and he will come and replace it. Also his techs put Freon which I'm not sure how it wasn't addressed in the home inspection. They end up resetting my thermostats and leaving. Fast forward to almost two weeks later my A/C unit is not working again. I had emailed Jeff and he wanted to email me the manual for my thermostats and did not mention anything about the parts that had to be ordered. This was early last week, on Friday 5/14/2021 my a/c goes out and I call this guy Jeff he tells me I can order it today but it wont come in till next week. Oh and by the way me nor my staff are not familiar with this unit. I was like thanks but no thanks. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend anyone use this company. I will submit a formal complaint to my home warranty company. I should get refunded for my home inspection since he clearly knows nothing about the brand of my units and is not certified to work on Carrier Infinity Systems.
I had a great experience with RMS, especially with Shannon and customer service. They were quick to respond, schedule, and complete the necessary repairs.

Jeff and the team were great. While the home warranty company (HWA) took forever, RMS was always responsive and quick to come out as soon as they could. We replaced an entire unit, and they were able to work with us to ensure no contact during this pandemic.
Reliable Mechanical Services is the only company my husband and I trust for A/C related issues. Jeff, the owner of the company, has always been professional and honest to work with on all matters. Additionally, we cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason, who has performed maintenance on both of our units over the years. We highly recommend!!
As a broker in the commercial real state world, with some prior residential experience as well, I have dealt with many of contractors in all spheres. And without a doubt, I stand behind this company and the work they do for others and our own personal home. I truly was impressed with my first personal HVAC issue these guys handles for my wife and I. They were no joke, "Reliable" and most importantly knowledgable of the work they do. After having a bad experience with a previous HVAC company, these guys blew me away with their level of expertise and customer service. Not to mention, the smile on my wife's face when we finally had heat working again in the month of December. Thank you guys, your awesome!
I had a pleasant experience with Reliable Mechanical and their technician Jason on multiple occasions from a simple charge up to needing my condenser unit replaced. They did a great job and wired in my C wire for my new thermostats also! I couldn't be more pleased with their service!
Reliable Mechanical installed a completely new HVAC system in our home to replace our existing 20yr old system. The new HVAC system was zoned. From start to finish Jeff was awesome. He answered all my questions thoroughly and is very knowledgeable regarding the proper way to zone a home for even cooling and heating. Jeff is truly the tip of the spear and we will recommend him to all our friends!
Jason A was the service tech from Reliable Mechanical Services that was assigned to check out our furnace. The problem being that the gas flame would only come on for a few seconds and then trip off. He arrived within the scheduled service call appt. time. Jason quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad flame sensor and a failing flame igniter. he did not have the replacement parts on his truck and told me that he would have to get them from the parts warehouse in the morning assuming they had them in stock. I received a text the following morning from Jason stating that he had the parts and was on the way over to install them. He arrived within an hour and installed the new parts. PROBLEM SOLVED. I highly recommend Reliable Mechanical Services and Jason. He was very knowledable and personable. !!!
Jason A. was dispatched from Reliable Mechanical Services (RMS) my house in order to evaluate and report back to my insurance company about the issues going on with my A/C unit. RMS was extremely did a great job handling the insurance claim and Jason A. was an excellent face to put with RMS for my first ever dealings with them. The messages sent to my phone letting me know what was going on and when Jason was on the way was great. Thank you

We just moved into our home 2 months ago. Two weeks ago we turned the A.C. on and got nothing. We have a home warranty on the home and put a claim in the day it went out. It was given to a different company and we didn't hear a thing from them in over a week. My wife called and put another claim in and within 2 hours RMS was texting me with and appointment that same day. They diagnosed the issue and by the end of the day, the parts were ordered. As soon as the parts came in and the warranty company approved everything, they were right there again emailing to set the appointment. The appointment was set for tomorrow and my wife asked if there were any cancellations to please let us know cause we have been without A.C. for 2 weeks. She explained to them that it was our upstairs unit and we have a baby. They fit us into there schedule to come install the new unit today. Every single person we have dealt with in this company has been top notch!!!!!! Jay was on point with getting here to diagnose the issue and Jeff was incredible during the install (I will not hold it against him that he is a Patriots fan, lol). Mark and Bill were also here during the install and did a great job! I cannot thank this company enough for squeezing us in and making sure we were taken care of! Class act company right here!
We were assigned Reliable Mechanical by our home warranty company, having both heat and AC issues. A guy came out to inspect the system, and was supposed to get back with our home warranty company to get the work done. That was nearly two weeks ago. Our company has left messages, and my husband and I have both called multiple times to try to get this resolved. Someone did call my husband back once and said that he would get someone on it. That was last week. Nothing has happened, and we have had no further communication. In the meantime, our heat pump has been blasting heat even with the thermostat off, and our AC unit is leaking and freezing up; our electric bill will skyrocket this month due to this company's lack of professionalism. It was especially aggravating to see the owner updating his responses to Google reviews while we were trying to get this problem resolved- maybe do your job first?!

My AC vent out the other weekend, my warranty company HWA assigned my claim to RMS. Having them as my vendor was the only positive thing about the whole situation. RMS was awesome! They arrived promptly for 1st diagnosis appointment, evaluated what needed to be done, and rapidly submitted the paperwork to HWA. It then took DAYS (10+), a ton of phone calls and emails to HWA for them to get it together and get the equipment pick-up processed. RMS (Shannon/Jeff) helped me every step of the way, and were good to their word, coming out the day they had access to the equipment. The installation process was smooth, the technicians were knowledgeable. RMS is top notch!!!
Couldn't ask for better. Our old AC went out and our pets were panting. Reliable had a loaner out THAT DAY! They worked and helped us deal with our insurances and warranties and made sure that we had everything we needed. Including double checking the unit size with our SF to make me happy. Shannon at the call center helped me with everything I needed and Jeff called whenever I had technical questions and made sure I understood what was needed. Bravo!
RMS was AWESOME! My wife and I just bough a house and the A/C unit blew up 1 week after closing. Luckily, we had purchased a home warranty which covered most of the cost however, the warranty company was dragging their feet. I was in constant communication with Shannon at RMS and she informed me if the parts come in on time she could get me on the schedule the same day. She was true to her word, and when the parts came in they were able to come out a 2PM on Friday afternoon and get it installed. Everything works great. Again, I couldn't tell you how happy I was with their communication and service. I'm forever grateful!
