If you would’ve asked me a few years ago I was pleased with the service from Todd he installed a humidifier on my furnace last year when it was time for maintenance on the humidifier pad I had to call him for five times before he finally returned the call he said that he was busy and forgot no big deal because he came out and change the pad this year for the maintenance of The Pad I’ve called him for five times with no response so today the furnace started dripping and then the furnace stopped working the temperatures are zero I called Todd repeatedly and he did not return the phone call he did begin to return My car but he hung up as the collar ID showed I tried to call him back and text him back I also pleaded with him as I have children and he didn’t pick up I had to call a different HVAC guy who’s on his way now no I have an extra cost for a Sunday emergency service and an extra cost because the water pad dripped into the computer board and shorted it out which is probably why it’s not working this all could’ve been prevented if Todd would’ve called back my first phone call in the fall very disappointed and I would not recommend thisCompany
They are very reliable. Prices were fair. People are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
Reliable Comfort has installed and repaired HVAC units in both our business and rental home. Todd was upfront and honest, courteous, and timely with installation and repairs. We were informed of less costly options when they were available and the charges were always reasonable. I would definitely recommend Reliable Comfort Heating and Cooling.
