never again!!!!
Very professional and easy to work with. They were able to come the next day to fix my dishwasher and they were very prompt. They carefully and thoroughly went over every inch of the machine, they found the problems and repaired them. They explained what was wrong and what they fixed and they left everything perfectly clean and in working order. Great people. I couldn't ask for better!
I needed to fix my water dispenser in my fridge. Many other companies considered this too small of a job to take on. Getting in touch with them was easy and called me back promptly. They arrived on time or early which I very much appreciate not having to wait huge periods of time. The technician figured out that the tube in the fridge was frozen and needed to have a special heat lamp installed so that this problem wouldn't keep happening. I had personally defrosted the fridge earlier and that didn't help the problem so I agreed to have this installed. He was efficient and friendly and overall satisfied with the service.
Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling. We called many places and everyone refused to even take a look. David responded to my request right away and gave me some good advice on my options for repairing the problem. David visited my apartment on the same day. He was very professional (he took his shoes off before entering the kitchen area) and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and fix it. The refrigerator is once again cool. I am happy because the problem was fixed so quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!
I am currently in the middle of a nightmare with my washing machine appliance repair company so it was nice to call Reliable and get a speedy reply. Mike and another guy came the next day to take a look at my very noisy fridge (yes they serve them as well) - replaced the freezer motor and cleaned it. They also had the part with them which was great. Nice guy, professional, good communication. I will definitely use them again.
I love these guys. I called and had an appointment with them on the same day. They were very personable and professional. Most of all they were honest with me. No one tried to get me to buy a thousand parts. Just a new fridge. Nothing more. I'll be calling them the next time I have a major appliance break down. Highly recommend!!!
Michael came out and diagnosed my oven. He was very thorough and honest. He walked me through the issues until I understood the problem and offered a reasonable rate for repair. I definitely recommend this company. The manager who responded to my questions before the appointment was also great. I had contacted several companies and their price and service were the best. The others were rude in their reply. My tech, Michael, also wore a mask during the visit and called ahead of coming. They were timely and efficient. Thanks!
Very professional and responsive even before they came to my house. Once here, they were organized, knowledgeable & thorough with their work. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it and made sure to clean up after themselves before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a heating service and will be sure to call them for our needs in the future as well.
The service was great. I was in communication with the manager the days leading to the service. He was dial away regarding questions and coordinating a time and day. A young lad by the name of Mike was the tech that was sent over. He was very thorough, went into detail when explaining things, and was very clear when conveying any details. He fixed my heating system in a short time. Strongly recommend this business.
