An absolute pleasure working with Jon and his team. Reinhold HVAC came highly recommended so I asked for a bid to fully replace 2 HVAC units. The quote was reasonable with many options to choose. The team assessed my home and began right away. They were professional, friendly, courteous, and hard working. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and without hesitation. Shout out to Luke for a job well done! HIGHLY recommend.
They were very professional and quick to come out. They have serviced our furnace and fixed our A/C the day we called. I have recommended them to friends and they were given the same high quality care.

Our HVAC system was blowing air but wasn't heating the house and we couldn't figure out why. We are new to the area and didn't know who to call. Reinhold was the first to pop up on a Google search with 5 stars. Jon was absolutely amazing! He came out right away with short notice to take a look at our furnace, fixed the issue, and offered a great price! He even helped us with our home warranty claim. Thank you Jon! Definitely will be calling again if anything else pops up with our HVAC!
Better late than never but this happened to us. It's Christmas eve 6degrees and our furnace motor burns up. We turn on the stove and space heaters. Saturday I called all the so called 24 hr repair shops. Just to get a answer machine. Except Rienhold. The owner came out on a Saturday and got us back on.you just don't find people like this anymore.
My husband and I have used Reinhold a couple of times since moving into our new house in May. Jon has always been responsive, usually making it to our house within a few hours of our call. Jon and his team have taken care of us every step of the way, and have always made dealing with our home warranty company pain free! We had them install a new AC/furnace a few weeks back, and he also handled the Ameren rebate portion for us. Great service from a great team!
We had just moved into our home and had issues with the downstairs air conditioner freezing up. Our home warranty directed us to Reinhold Heating and Cooling. We ended up with needing them to come out twice and both times they were able to get to our need within 24 hours, which was surprisingly quick and very appreciated. We ended up replacing both the Heating and cooling units and Jon was able to get us a fair price without price gouging us and they were able to install the units within 24 hours of us ordering them. His coworkers Luke and Ryan were very courteous, punctual, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. My dad did this kind of of work in the past and I must say Jon reminded me of him quite a bit, very honest, genuine and willing to go above and beyond. I cannot think of a higher compliment to give to Jon and his coworkers. We would not hesitate in the least to recommend or use this company again. We are very grateful that we were directed to them. And the air conditioner is working GREAT!

He came out and was honest about different units. Helped me pick the one I was looking for and then had it hooked up and working before i got home from work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jon was awesome! I submitted a non emergency request on Sunday night, had a response within the hour to set up an appointment, and the issue was solved by 2p the next day! He was very fast, efficient, and helpful! We will use him for all of our hvac needs in the future!

Our A/C went out yesterday, while family was in town. There was someone at our house in less than 4 hours! This isn’t the first time using Jon’s company, but I was floored with the quick service. He didn’t want us to be uncomfortable! The service is second to none. Reliable, dependable, and obviously very quick. After paying, I actually texted Jon to tell him I thought his prices were to low!!! Seriously, I actually did. We will not use any other company for our heating and air conditioning needs.
John Reinhold came out to my house and even though our unit was quite old and not working property was able to fix the problem expeditiously. As we move into the summer months A/C is a very valuable asset to any home both for pets and people. would highly recommended their services to anyone in the area!
