Paul came out to fix my (rather rare) furnace last winter when it failed during a week of subzero temperatures. He’s both knowledgeable and incredibly stubborn. He troubleshooted my weird furnace for days - to the point that he pulled it all apart, tested the parts, and reassembled it - and it worked perfectly. His work is impeccable, and I couldn’t be more thankful that he’d encountered a few furnaces like mine in his career. He found and fixed some assembly errors made by past repair techs from one of the bigger companies, and was happy to explain everything from details of what he was fixing to how my furnace actually works! Anyway, after a summer of inaction, it fired up perfectly during the low temperatures last night, and I was reminded of how wonderful my experience with Paul was. 10/10, Regan Heating and Cooling is definitely the company to go with!

My wife and I inherited her fathers house, basement flooded at one point and ruined the boiler furnance that was in the house. My wife called and paul came out the next day for a estimate, and was able to install the new one the very next day. Excellent service!
