I hired him to change my heating system from one zone to 4 zones. He hired another plumber to finish the job. But that guy never finished the job, he separated 3 floors making 3 zones. But he did not do the 4th zone. The plumber told me that he cannot do it because he need to cut a lot of walls (since the beams are vertical not horizontal)! I am not sure why I should be concern about what he has to do or not to finish the job! I gave him money and the job was supposed to done as promised. I had to give him the entire amount as per the contract. I did my part, but he did not do his.
