Our refrigerator water system failed. These guys came out immediately (on Christmas Eve!), installed a new part and fixed the problem. Excellent service, on time. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He even arrived early. Was able to diagnose and explain exactly to me what was going on with my washing machine, what needed to be done oh, and how much it would take. He also ahead of time told me what the cost would be for for each scenario. Would recommend and use again.
Super fast and on time service, great work and a nice guy. Was able to fix a fridge leak and a broken thermostat on the spot and then came back months later to clear out a blocked drain causing another leak without taking a service payment again. Highly recommend!!
When we broke our glass cooktop I emailed 5 different companies and Vitaly was the first to respond. His parts and labor charges were comparable to others and they were able to come out the next day to fix my range! I honestly thought it would take weeks to get the parts. I was very pleased with their work. Aliaksei was on time, worked quickly, and very friendly. He even let my husband watch so he could learn. I will definitely reach out to HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys in the future with my repair needs.

Super fast service and very knowledgeable about how to fix our washing machine! They came same day and fixed the issue same day! Also were able to tell us why our washer was leaking data from the bottom, and gave us some tips on how to avoid this from happening again. Would highly recommend using these guys, and will use them myself again in the future!
The Service repair man was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tested my ovens diagnosed the part that was required and returned the next business day and replaced the sensor. Everything is working well. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a smart technician.

Alex quickly and efficiently determined the problem with our refrigerator. He completed the repair after the replacement part arrived.
Alex, the technician, arrived promptly did a thorough assessment of the issues with our pull-out freezer drawer icing up. He was clear in explaining the problem and solution. He fixed the problem in about an hour and a half. His work was through, neat and he cleaned up his work area. We thought the pricing was very fair and lower than other appliance repair companies we have dealt within the past. This company will be our first call for any future appliance problems.

I am a salon owner and am out of the country traveling. I contacted HVAC&Appliance Repair Guys to repair a dryer at my business. I asked a couple of times before scheduling if I could have the invoice emailed to me so I could pay it while I'm traveling so my employees wouldn't have to worry about it. The receptionist told me no problem, they do that all of the time. My employees reported that the technician was extremely unprofessional and rude. When finished, he wasn't at all confident that the issue was actually resolved. He demanded to be paid in cash or Venmo even after my employees reminded him that we needed an invoice and I had requested an emailed invoice. He didn't provide any documentation of what was actually done or a receipt for services for my accountant. I also told the receptionist and technician many times that I am currently out of the country and the salon phone number is the best number to reach someone, yet they still attempted calling my personal number many times and were angry when I couldn't be reached. Big surprise, the dryer is not repaired and when contacted, the receptionist simply said she'd reach out and ask the technician and get back to me.
Very prompt response and arrival. The repair man was informative, friendly, and very helpful. I would highly recommend and will use them again in the future!
