Mark went above and beyond not only checking out and servicing my AC, water heater, and furnace, but checked to see if my floor vents had collapsed (they have not...thanks for easing my mind!). He even went so far as fixing a leaky spigot to the outside of my house so he could hook up a hose to clean the AC unit! He is professional, personable, and will go that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of! I will definitely be using Refreshing Comfort for all my HVAC needs!!!
Mark did what no other HVAC vendor would & could do, he found the cause to a persistent (22 year) problem I had with getting AC & Heat to a bedroom. His approach and service were unique in my experience, and I would strongly recommend him.

Mark is very friendly, thorough, and efficient. He accommodated my schedule, and his prices are very reasonable. I take comfort in knowing my heating and air conditioning are running well, and I highly recommend his company for yearly maintenance of your heating system and air conditioner.
When my air conditioning didn't come on this season, I looked on Yelp and found Refreshing Comfort... I called one evening after hours and got called back first the next morning. Even though they were busy, they got me in as soon as possible. My tech was on time, friendly and professional. No nonsense folks here that can be trusted. He had my air conditioner back on line in 45 minutes and I was off to work. A great experience, I will call these guys again!

Having moved into a new home with an older furnace, it was no surprise that things weren't running perfectly. When my furnace began to throw only cold air, and then nothing at all, I knew I needed help fast. Mark made it a priority to come all the way to my home in Bridgeview before the night was over to make sure my family didn't have to endure the cold. He was helpful and very respectful. Within a few minutes he had sorted out the problem and got things back on track. A week later, everything is running perfectly and the house is back to being warm again. Honestly, there is no reason I would ever call anyone by Refreshing Comfort in the future.
Called Refreshing Comfort today because my A/C was not working properly. They were able to come right out and fix the problem. I am no longer melting in my house!! Thank you! Definitely will use their service again and recommend to friends and family!
