We had a heat pump installed in May 2023. Michael Forshey provided us with all the information we needed to choose the best product for our budget. He is passionate about his work. He always responded to our phone calls in a timely manner, gave us clear and concise answers to our questions, and was always very friendly and patient. The project manager and installation team were also very friendly, well-organized, on time, and communicated clearly with us throughout the process. If you're considering a heat pump system to heat and cool your house (to save money and help the environment), then give Refreshed a call. They are very knowledgeable and creative: they reconfigured my ducts to be more balanced, efficient, and properly sized. I love how the heat from the heat pump system is so quiet and gentle, like the old "gravity" furnace systems used to be -- but way more friendly to the environment.
Our 43 year old furnace finally quit working. I called Refreshed and a few other companies for an estimate to fix or replace our furnace. Micheal was the most knowledgeable and did not expand the scope and cost of the project by estimating unnecessary work. Micheal promised to have our new furnace installed within 2 days by his installer, Rogeilio, and It was done exactly on time. Rogelio, did an excellent job of installing and also came back to tune the fan in the furnace for us. We are so happy with the friendly, professional and prompt work done by Refreshed. Very Highly recommend them for any HVAC work. Thank You.

Had a chance to work with Michael. My A/C was having some issues getting cold and with the hot months coming that can definitely be a problem. I am happy to say that they were able to come through and get the job done in a day and now my A/C is working excellent. If youre looking for great prices and great service...then look no more!
I highly recommend Refreshed Heating and Cooling. They upgraded my complete Central heating and also added Air Conditioning. Also they relocated my furnace to the attic which gave me more space in my house. Very reasonable pricing and completed everything in a good time frame. They know what exactly what to recommend for the sq footage of the home. Rich and the crew were very professional and made my house even cozier. Thank you Refreshed.
My experience with Refreshed Heating & Cooling was Amazing! They are fast, punctual, kind, professional and very courteous! Rich was really helpful in helping us pick the right system for our home. They are affordable and reasonable priced. They help me set up our new thermostat. They did an excellent job installing our new heating and air conditioner, they left everything nice and clean. Hauled all the old stuff away. We are so happy with our new HVAC system, it works great and it's so quiet. I would really recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC equipment or needs!
