Like many here, I was assigned this company by my home warranty to replace the thermostat inside my stove. The technician arrived, ordered the parts, and left. So far, so good! Then they became unresponsive and did not return calls. After weeks of complaining Vernita stated my part went to the wrong facility and that she would overnight it to the correct location. After not hearing back for another week, I called Vernita back and she stated they are ordering a duplicate part from my warranty company. They set an appointment and didnt show up. After another week past and no contact from Vernita or Reeves I reached out to my warranty company to explain the situation. Vernita scheduled an appointment for today and again, no call no show. I filed a complaint with my warranty company but at this point it feels like Reeves is a scam. They showed up in a timely manner to collect the copay $100 check, and then essentially disappeared. 7 weeks later and still nothing. If you are assigned this company, I would cancel the work order request or demand a different company with your warranty. This place has been horrible.
SCAM!!! came to our house to diagnose issue and collected service fee for home warranty. Said they were ordering parts and will come back to repair and never heard back. Tried reaching out 15+ times and left messages without any response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Bad experience. Not professional at all.The person answering the phone had a bad attitude .Never got an appointment. The guy just showed up and of course am at work 🤔. This was on a Friday he told me I’ll try to get you back on the list for Monday it took a week to get on the list..and didn’t know I was on the list.after phone calls and no call back. Anyway if you use this company I hope your experience be better than mines.Not about their business!!!! Need to work on customers service.One star for the young who came out
The dispatcher was terrible. She hung on me twice and would not refer me to her manager. They reported a different issue to my warranty company which cause them not to except the claim. Thank God my warranty company allowed me to re-file the claim. Technician were positive but that's about it. Do not use this company!
I do not give a negative review unless it is necessary to warn others. This company seems a scammer to me. They came in a general van which did not have company name. He checked appliances and took $65 for service call. Then forgot and neither responded to my 20+ calls nor to my house warranty company. I do not know what he did with my refrigerator. It used to make ice in trays but ice-maker was bad. But now the freezer completely stopped and all my stuff in fridge went bad. They wanted me to pay in cash or check. I tried to locate their office and I could not find anywhere. Please stay away from this company. Also, if your home warranty schedules with them then please call your warranty and ask them to find another technician.
The ONLY reason this company received 2 stars instead of 1 was because of two technicians that helped out with our unit. They were fantastic. The company as a whole? Absolutely awful. Delayed responses from the office staff, lost our paperwork multiple times, and whoever handles the phone calls and updating clients had ZERO customer service skills and even hung up on us a few times as we dealt with them. We were forced to deal with this company due to our home warranty but after 4 weeks with no air and multiple issues, even the warranty company opted out of continuing to use this company. Truly awful and frustrating experience, even after informing the company of health issues with MS as well as an elderly person in the house there was absolutely no rush on the company's part to get us running AC in 90 degree temps. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you just happen to be a glutton for punishment.
I have a home owners insurance policy. This is the third time they have assigned Reeves as my contractor. My previous service request was for a hot water heater. They came out 3 days after my claim submission, and diagnosed that my unit needed to be replaced. Three weeks later I went to Home Depot, got a contractor & water heater there, the same day. My unit was repaired 2 days later. Next assignment was A/C unit. It has been 1 month since the initial diagnosis. They have not contacted me since. The manager is rude and the receptionist is clueless
This company is the pits!! DO NOT USE!! My warranty company used them. They came out and took my deductible and never turned in the report to the warranty co. The warranty company reassigned my job to another service provider after calling them for a week. They are liars
PLEASE please please please, I am begging you to stay far away from this company as YOU CAN. If you have a homeowner's warranty and they assigned this company to you reconsider and asked to be reassigned. I am the most easy-going person there is any relatively laid back; however this company has brought out the devil in. Where do I begin.... 1. I filed a claim with my warranty company. I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist if that't what we are calling the people who answer phones these days. She was polite probably because they knew a $100 service fee would be charged. The HVAC guy came out the following day. After "running tests" he determined that it was an electrical issue; I doubt if it is.... just by the reviews I have read and how the handle business. So he tells me that an electrician will have to come out. Cool. a day roll by and I call my warranty company. They tell me Reeves is to submit a diagnostic results so that can assign an electrician to the case. They have sent it yet. I called the "receptionist" back she tells me the technician submitted the report and they had to send the diagnostic to the my warranty company. That was day one; here it is day SIX and they are still submitting the report. This morning (6/3/19)at 9:45am they even reported she was on the phone with the warranty company and it should be done within 1.5 hours. It is after 3:00pm and she is still sending the report- I guess it's the length of the dictionary. I asked does it take a week to submit the report; the young man says "no" ,but she been sick. But some woman has been answering the phone every time I have called prior to this day.Telling me and my warranty company that it'll be done my closed of business. She's been recording saying that by the warranty staff. I mean they were so quick to cash the check I wrote within a day ,but it is taking them days to send a report. Avoid this company if you can. Avoid this company at all cost. Honestly they shouldn't be allowed to run a business. A technician came out to my house 4 weeks ago and told me what was wrong with my A/C system. I have been waiting 4 weeks just for him to email the home warranty company so they can do something with the claim. They are very mean on the phone and have hung up on me and my wife multiple time when we have tried to be patient with them. They have already taken my money and it seems like I am going to have to pay another company to fix my A/C system.
My home warranty co assigned us these people. I called them to confirm our appointment and left a message on a Thursday. Called again Monday morning, the date they were to come out and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. They told our warranty co they called and left us a message. Needless to say Monday evening rolls around, after I bent over backwards to be home at the time they requested, just for them not to show up!! Worthless
This company, as represented by their supervisor, is worth avoiding. They also operate a second company under the name of Rise. I presume that this is to secure a greater number of service calls assigned by the warranty company. Because of this I had to specify to not be assigned to either of these companies.
The service was excellent! I will be using this company again with or without a home warranty. The technicians were professional, kind, and quickly got the job done.
This company is excellent, very professional, I would recommend them to all of my friends and coworkers. I called them to come fix my washer and they showed up the exact same day. The technicians were absolutely polite and respectful. They did a great job the pump for my washer was replaced and is working perfectly.
Worst company to deal with I was refer to them By my house warranty company AHS to do any A/C work on my unit that was out due to a lightning that struck near by and the guy came in almost 4 days after the call asked for the detectable amount amount before the diagnosis then said he will bring the part ( control board) Came back a week 3 days later with wrong part Then a mother week to bring the right part this time they were two technicians they couldn't figure out the problem they said they will be back and never heard from them a gain , I've called the office the never responded back . Got me a guy and took him about an hour to replace the control board and a thermostat and everything was working I never got my ,$100 back from them.
We contacted Reeves through Sears Home Warranty. Sears says that it is the customer's responsibility to call the contractor to schedule service. I called Reeves about two minutes after I received a claim number, which was after 5pm, and they set us up for the next morning. The receptionist was very kind and pleasant to deal with! Then a technician called us and was coming out that evening, but it started storming outside. The contractor completed the mission before 10:30am the next day, and we have A/C working again! We had no problem with this company! Thanks!
Sears sent this vendor to fix our washing machine. A young man came out and diagnosed the issue. Sears ordered the part needed to complete the job and the service company received the part. They did not call us or try to schedule an appointment. I had to initiate calls on numerous occasions and kept getting different answers. Finally, they said they would come on July 9th. I did not receive a phone call to set up the time and appointment and they did not show up. Sears and I tried calling their numbers and they did not answer, did not return messages or have the courtesy to follow up. I was fed up and Sears did not help in the matter, either! This went on for about seven to eight weeks! I never heard back from this company with an apology or explanation of their poor services. I hired another company, this man came out, diagnosed the problem, the service tech who originally came out misdiagnosed the problem. All he had was a screwdriver in his hand and he did not really do anything. The man I hired, looked under the machine and came in with an entire toolkit. He ordered the part, came out and fixed the issue and it only took one week from service call to installation! Reeves not only made themselves look bad, but they also made Sears look bad. I was really disappointed and shelled out way too much money to them and the laundromat! Please be aware of these companies and do your research! I wish I had!!!
