Called up Reel Cool Services and spoke with John. He gave me a time he could come check out my air conditioning which was making horrible noises and not cooling the house. John called me and was able to show up 30 mins sooner which was a blessing. He found the fan motor was bad. Got the new parts in and fixed the problem. Went ahead a got my coil cleaned so I would be ready for this hot summer heat. Thanks again to John and Reel Cool Services team for making it a pleasure to do business with. Definitely recommend them for any of your Air-conditioning needs!
First and foremost, not only did they come to my rescue once today, but twice! Two different locations, ( work and home ) talk about bad luck, both the Animal Hospital that I manage ( Animal Hospital of West Port St. Lucie ) and my home, both lost AC .....Not only did they come same day...they came same hour that I called ! Suzanna and John are a family team who work in tandem, getting the information out. Both times today, arrived within 1 hour of my distress call! Knew exactly what was wrong from the get go and fixed it quickly, professional and at a fair price. I can't sing enough praises about this company, and family ! DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ! Thank you for allowing this foster mom of kittens, to have her babies in the cool air tonight !
On a Thursday at 6pm, John came to our home to check on our AC system. It wasn’t cooling the home properly and we were worried because we had family coming to stay the weekend. John quickly diagnosed and repaired our issue within an hour. Extremely professional and very reasonably priced. Our AC worked perfectly soon after that and John even followed up with me today, to 1. Ask about the AC of course and 2. Ask about our weekend with the family. Great guy, Very personable and would highly recommend.
I highly recommend John from Reel Cool for all your air conditioner repair needs. During the inspection of our new home, they found that the AC system was breeched after the ducts cracked open. I have really bad allergies and was really worried about finding someone reliable to clean it properly. Our realtor, Ann Russell, recommended John, and he was a lifesaver! John was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! He made our AC issue a priority - he came out right away, assessed the issue quickly, and explained the problem. He also gave us a fair quote and held true to it even though the AC was dirtier than we expected. He’s a great guy in general. He even fixed our deadbolt on our front door that we couldn’t change - without charge. Turns out he can fix just about anything. We had a fantastic experience with John and highly recommend him to anyone in need of repairs around your home!

Reel Cool is the REAL deal. My technician John was on time and exceeded expectations in every way. Both my A/C systems were serviced by him and in a few short hours I was back in business with the whole house blowing cool air. If you are within their service area I highly recommend them over any large corporate HVAC company.

Amazing and prompt service! Suzanna was able to schedule me in the same day I called! My ac was struggling to keep my house cool, and was leaking water into my garage. John arrived and was easy to speak to. He answered all of my questions with ease. And charged a very reasonable rate. Showed me what to do to take care of my unit so that it’ll last longer. And recommended what we should hire him to do to get it working properly. He went above and beyond. I plan to use Reel Cool Services for any issues I have in the future.
