Kyle has assisted me previously. He is very good at what he does and takes the time to explain what where why and when. REEIS has been my go to for 12 years and they alway deliver.

Blocking the HOV lane during rush hour with only one person in the truck. What an a hole. Slower traffic move right!!! If you're this inconsiderate while driving I can't imagine you working in my home.

They came in did the service and recommend a few things that they noticed but there was no pressure to do it then. It was just to let us know what they found.

Miguel, our service tech was great! Very professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, REEIS had not balanced the vents upon completion of the install so we have had two rooms that were receiving little to no air (cold or hot). We have a new build home and assumed that this service of “balancing the vents” would have been done at install, prior to our close in to ensure that the unit was working properly. I had them come out this winter as there was no heat in the two bedrooms and was told that this service was not covered under warranty and I would have to pay $500 for them to come with a special tool and do the service for us. Today, after fighting to get them to come out for a warranty call, I was told again that the two bedrooms are not receiving air because the vents had never been balanced. The service tech (Miguel) was kind enough to check with his office and was told once again that this service would be a $500 charge. I can understand if we had lived here for several years but to have just moved in and not have the unit running correctly from the beginning is not ok. REEIS should be responsible to make sure their units are properly working through the home. At this point the builder has had to argue with them to come out for warranty calls twice now and they still refuse to do anything about it. At this point we will “balance our own vents” and will not be recommending Reeis in the future due to their poor customer service.

The company dispatch was prompt and the tech, Kyle, was thorough, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I would do business with REEIS again.

Had to have them out a few times to diagnose, order part, and install. Everything handled quickly and professionally.

Robert was on time, polite, professional & took care not to damage any area of the home. My only disappointment was that he did not know how to program the new thermostat but rather gave me a thick booklet to use. I am an 82 year old widow & this is not possible for me.

I highly recommend Reesi air conditioning for any of your AC/heating issues. I contacted them and Brian Farrell called me back and I explained my situation and my need to move quickly. Brian rescheduled his next day to fit me in and was early for the appointment. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Brain had me a quote the next day and I scheduled the installation for the following week. Robert Alvira arrived on time and got right to work with the installation. Robert was great and did a fantastic job with the removal of my old system and the installation of the new system. Thanks to Brian and Robert and the Reesi team my new system was completed within my timeframe and I am now enjoying my new Lenox system. By the way this system is so quiet I had to go outside to hear it running and I could barely hear it outside. Extremely impressive system. I also had them add insulation to the attic to maximize my new system. It should be known I usually do not leave reviews but these guys did such a great job they deserve it to be known.
