Highly recommend this company!! During the recent below zero weather our pipes froze causing many issues in the house. He was so patient during everything that kept going wrong. This man spent hours fixing my home regardless of all the frustration I’m sure came with it. I appreciate the hard work and effort that came along with the great customer service.
Reed Mechanical was recommended to me on the Southington Talks Facebook page when I had an issue with my gas boiler. Skip, the owner, came out to our home in Southington and fixed the issue quickly and without a problem. Fast-forward to this year. We moved to a nearby town and have been using Reed Mechanical at our new house for heating and A/C maintenance for the last few months. Skip sent out different people for these jobs, and they are not as experienced or knowledgeable as him. For issues with both the heat and A/C, the technicians had to call Skip who would try to help them over the phone. Twice, (once for heat, once for A/C), they had to come back the next day to fix something that they did not notice on the first visit. On both of these instances, I was charged for two days of work. I shared this concern with Skip who told me that he didn't want me to be unhappy, but, ultimately, did nothing to resolve the issue.
Fast, friendly service! Our system gave out last fall, so we had no heat when we needed it. We called Reed Mechanical Solutions. They were quick to respond and fixed our problem in one visit. The tech was very informative and didn't try to sell us anything extra we didn't need or want. Great experience!!! We highly recommend Reed Mechanical and will be making them our new go-to HVAC company.
