I have this company for my personal residence as well my rental. He has always been very prompt no matter the time of day. Also his prices were sometime reasonable. I plan to use him to replace an outdated unit of mine this summer.

Reed Family Heating and Air was very professional and responsive. They helped me out over the holiday weekend and went above and beyond to service my issue and get my heat working again. I highly recommend them above all the big companies in Tulsa who don't seem to care about or service their customers the way a small local business can!
A power outage knocked out my heat and Marquis was able to replace the igniter on the furnace within a few hours of contacting him. Would definitely use the service again!
Reed family saved us on Christmas Eve! Another company said they couldn’t fix it until Monday after the holiday. Marquis answered his phone at 6am on Christmas Eve morning and had the parts and us up and running by 12:30. I cannot recommend them enough. Such great customer service. We will be using them for all our hvac needs going forward.
Great experience from beginning to end. 3 hours after I called, my heat was on again! When I called he answered, I didn't have to leave a message and wait. He got me right on the schedule and as soon as we hung up, I got a text verifying our appointment then less than 2 hours later I got another text that he was on his way. Marquis Reed was very professional and considerate (put on paper booties before coming in the house even though I told him he didn't have to). He got the issue diagnosed in under 20 minutes, had the part on his truck and gave me a reasonable price. He was very patient and nice about stopping in the middle of the job to talk with the home warranty company on the phone so I could get approved for reimbursement even though he wasn't one of their providers. His service vehicle is nice looking and professionally wrapped. He emailed the invoice and can take multiple payment methods. Totally pleasant experience from beginning to end, highly recommend.

Repaired wiring that shorted due to shoddy work done by another company
Marquis Reed was able to come over the next morning after I contacted him for the first time. He was on time, professional, and friendly. When he didn't have the size filter we needed, he went to the store, bought one and installed it. No extra charge! We will definitely use Reed Family Heating and Air again and we will recommend them to our friends and family!
