I do not normally leave reviews for the simple fact I am never fully satisfied with the service provided. However, in this case, I felt compelled to write the following. I was having issues with a newly installed A/C unit and periodically, I find myself having to call a handyman to service it, until I had the fortunate experience of hiring Red. It is an absolute joy to watch someone work and be proficient at what they do. While repairing the unit, he took the time to explain to me, step by step, what's causing the problem and how he is going to fix it... That's how adept he is. His fee is very reasonable, he is reliable and understand the concept of providing a five star quality service. He has exceeded my expectation and undoubtedly, not only will I seek his professional service, I am going to refer him to my friends and family.
Red is a very resourceful at what he does and he also ensure he completes his job to perfection. I had enlisted Red for some handyman work for my girlfriend and he went above and beyond what was expected. Having Red do the work in such a thorough job re-assured our trust in him that he can be reliable when it comes to completing a tasks. We have so many issues with last contractors and handyman that Red put our mind at ease that we can continue to use his services going forward!
