The professionalism you’re looking for. Straight to the point, punctual, excellent communication, and unsurpassed professionalism! For awhile I was having AC issues with my home. It would work great throughout the beginning of spring into the summer but then would slowly stop cooling. The lines would freeze over and the system just would never shut off. Concerned I had a buddy of mine come check out the unit as he does commercial AC and told me that I was low on refrigerant so obviously it was leaking somewhere. I asked him if he had any companies who he’d recommend and he referred me to an associate of his that had started his own company, Redline heating and cooling. The owner gave us a call and told them the situation and they were able to come out and top us off to get through the rest of the summer. While there we talked and he wanted to come back in the fall to pressure test the system and figure out where the leak was. We had put off until spring and when my wife called, and they remembered. The owner, Gary, sent out two guys to come start the process and even came out himself to check in the progress. He then told us all the possibilities and how they’d fix it and you could tell that he knew what he was doing. Once the test was done it turned out to be our coil within the upstairs air handler. We were then told the cost of the part and labor and we moved forward. Gary told us the cost breakdown and exactly what we were being charged for, no hidden surprises! Two days later his guys returned, did the repairs, cleaned up after themselves, pet our dogs, and we now have a very cool AC through weeks of 100°+ temps and the cost was spot on! I cant recommend them enough! Gary, his wife, and his team were terrific throughout the entire experience! Very friendly, punctual, excellent communication, and thorough! Give them a try and help out a local company, you won’t regret it!
