The AC at my rental property completely stopped working during an extreme Texas heat wave while guests were staying there. I reached out to Redhome and they sent Elton Stewart out within 2 hours to assess the situation (other large AC companies didn’t have any availability for 3 weeks!!) Elton was super professional, communicated very well, educated me on the issue and future prevention, and outlined 3 options without pressuring me to go with the most expensive. Thanks to their prompt service and fast repair, I was able to resolve the issue and keep my guest happy. I’ll definitely be using Redhome again!

I am so impressed with Elton and his abilities to detect & fix our AC problems. My company had two other technicians out, and both said they fix a clogged condenser pipe issue. We still had the same issue occur after each visit. Elton was able to detect multiple problems, take pictures and videos showing the other issues, and was able to give us multiple options on fixing the issues. We are very grateful for his expertise.

We have used RedHome HVAC for a few HVAC related projects and Elton and team were great! They were very quick to respond when we had an emergency repair and even came after hours to make sure we could have AC for the night. We have also used them for a whole house system replacement. They laid out our options in a non-sales-y way and were able to guide us towards an option that was perfect for us. I highly recommend RedHome HVAC!
I have never wrote a review until now. I cant tell you how much RedHome saved me. Here is the story. I have a family of 5. When we came home this past Thursday the house was extremely warm. I called my home warranty, they put me in touch with their vendor. I could not wait that long because the house was 90 degrees inside, in between I called RedHome that I found on google search. Elton from RedHome came out determined the problem and got cold air throughout the house. He did say I needed some units because my others are causing problems due to age and needed to be replaced. In the meantime he suggested I should use my home warranty because perhaps they would pay for some of the expense. This is where the honesty comes into play. My home warranty's vendor comes over one day after RedHome. With my air condition now working the vendor charges me 400 dollars to do a bunch of tests, tells me he will write a report up but needs new furnaces and coils and then for some reason disconnects my AC. That evening we noticed the house was hot again so I called on mother day, Sunday RedHome, Elton who fixed my problem before. How about this. Elton from RedHome comes back over to the house and finds a disconnection and does not charge me anything. APPARENTY my home warranty vendor disconnected for some reason. I will for sure recommend RedHome to everyone. In the meantime I cant wait to talk to my home warranties vendor on Monday morning. RedHome is the best!

I can't tell you how pleased I'm with Redhome 5+starts. This company in no time solved my problem, their staff was very professional and friendly. In less than 15 min they diagnosed the problem and by the second appointment, it was fixed. I had this issue for a while because I called another "well-known" heating and cooling service company and they told me that I needed a new unit. But not Redhome. They replaced a bad piece and saved me thousands of dollars!!! I highly recommend this company for their honesty and knowledge. Thank you Redhome and Elton

I would not use them again as a contractor his estimate was unclear,as what he was performing and he spoke with my customer about prices without my permission to me that un perfessional,so the experience was horrible
Starting with the first phone call, talking with Anna(I believe) it was a pleasant experience. She is very friendly, informative and efficient. The service repair gentleman was friendly and efficient as well. I highly recommend this company.
Business was very responsive once online form was completed and scheduled me the next day. Elton, co-founder, showed up the next day early (called first). He did a very thorough check and got my system up and running in no time. He performed maintenance and replaced the part that was causing the problem. He also provided upkeep instructions and pricing was reasonable and transparent. I will definitely use Redhome services again!
