The fact that I could get service quickly was definitely a plus. Ryan was very professional on his initial visit and was very thorough with his accessment. The day that the service was scheduled went very well. They were on time and the update texts and emails were very much appreciated. Both Ryan and David were very friendly and reset the house when they had to move furniture, I set up a maintenance program with them for next year and I am set with my go-to guys for my HVAC needs, They are the absolute BEST!!
I couldn't be happier to work with David and Ryan at Redeemed Air. Our AC was 30+ years old and I shopped around for many months comparing quality and price. I was impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and promptness. It also helped that they were one of the more affordable companies. Sometimes you get really lucky and find solid quality work from good people and I felt I've found that in Redeemed Air.

So had a Thermal Lockout on my system in the middle of the night. Called first thing in the morning, and they had someone out at Noon. Ryan was professional , knowledgeable, and it took him no time to diagnose a bad capacitor, switched it out, and even replaced a couple of screws missing that he replaced at no charge. My air was on in just a few minutes, and so I scheduled a follow up maintenance service for both of my system in 30 days.
I am not sure if there is a category above superior or excellent but Dave and Ryan are a cut way above. Ryan took the time and saved us thousands and fixed the problem. 2 words COMPETENCE and INTEGRITY-rare in today's world

Great company. They are on time, honest and care for their customers. I was told by another company the system is beyond reasonable repair, out of warranty and should be replaced. Before replacing the unit, I asked Redeemed Air for a second opinion. David and Ryan diagnosed and replaced a bad thermostat (YES a thermostat!!!). My system has been running for days without a problem. These guys are brilliant professionals!!
