Cody was excellent! very professional, very knowledgable, and explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough and went over and above by making sure I understood everything he did today and how to better take care of my AC unit in between service visits!
David came to service the AC unit and he was very polite and professional. He even showed me how to change the filter when it was needed.

Cole Center, the HVAC Specialist, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As he inspected our Air Conditioning unit he told and showed me step by step, what was wrong and what was right. Showed me which parts were faulty and explained how each part failed and caused the next fault. He showed me each defective part as he removed and replaced them. He answered all of my questions and made me feel assured and comfortable. I highly recommend him and Reddi Electric and will refer all my friends and relatives to them. Thank you for such a well done job!
