My A/C unit was down and I gave company a call. The technician came out right away in the morning and it didn't take them a long time to figured out the issue with my air conditioning unit. My unit get fix so quickly and immediately I feel the cold air through my vent, it was a relief. They did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and really take care of the customer. I am highly recommended this company. Red Wolf Mechanical, thank you for the awesome service you provided to me today.
My AC started pouring water inside my condo. First it was a little drip and then it turned into streams of water onto my wood flooring!! I called the home warranty company and was lucky enough to have Mary Boyan Slakey from Fidelity National Home Warranty! This amazing woman jumped into action! She called Red Wolfe Mechanical and offered me 3 dates/times to get them over SOON! Red Wolfe was also absolutely amazing to work with! They were on time and my AC was repaired immediately! These companies are both reliable and very knowledgeable and I hope I convince all of my friends to use them!!
This company was sent out by my in warranty company on the My AC initially was not blowing cold air, and then as well stopped turning on at all. They came out on the 24th, told me my fuses were bad and that they "replaced them". My air conditioner was then running the remainder of the day from about 1200-1600 when I realized it had never shut off. My house was at 80 degrees and the thermostat was set at 78. I thought I should give the AC a break and turned it up to 80. The AC then kicked on again shortly after and didn't cool anymore. my house temp then went to 83. I called Red Wolf mechanical early AM on the 25th and they didn't seem to care. They told me 'well it is cooling to 83 just let it run". I asked if they could come back out. They told me they would call me back and never did. I called my warranty company back 4 hours late and a new company came out today the 26th. The new company brought me outside to show me the work that had been done. Red Wolf had taken out my fuse box, tossed in on the ground, left 1 bad fuse in it, the other is missing, and they then hot wired my AC to get it to work, and left. They left my house at risk for fire.
Fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! James went above and beyond! Thank you for coming to fix our two a/c units today, even though you planned to come tomorrow. We have a child with special needs and this returns our home to normal! Both of our ancient (20 year old) units are working again after a quick same day repair (capacitors, fuses, and contacts). James suggested strategies to improve the units’ performance(cleaning, attic insulation). We will definitely call again if we need repairs or need a bid to replace the units. Amelia answers the phones and was helpful and patient- my phone’s audio didn’t work and she handled my callbacks in stride when I finally got it working again.

Warranty company sent these guys to do work on my heater. I have nothing but great things to say A+, they were very professional, super quick and fast repairing my heater.
This company is very unprofessional and rude they take no responsibility for anything that they've done. If you've used them just wait until you have a problem because they will not be responsible for it. Beware - use at your own risk

I was referred to Red Wolf Mechanical by my home warranty company when my air conditioning went out on a 110 degree day. They provided same day service and were at my doorstep within a few hours. When it went out again a few days later (no fault of theirs), they serviced my unit again within an hour. They were extremely responsive, professional, courteous and accommodating!
