I can not recommend this company enough. If I could give Red Vine 10 stars, I would! Elliot went above and beyond. Punctual, professional, honest, and willing to work with our budget. He cared about our family and immediately went into action replacing our AC unit within days. I'm so grateful for their team. Don't sleep on Red Vine, Inc. More family run companies are what we need these days. They put honesty and integrity at the forefront.

Red Vine Service was wonderful to work with! When our air condition system went out we called several companies in the area. Red Vine was the only service that came out same day to grant our service needs. My technician Elliot answered the call immediately and came right over to assess our system. He was polite, professional, and pose and he even explained everything to us during the repair. Turns out we didn’t have a leak (like many other companies tried to tell us). He did a thorough trouble shoot and diagnostics on our ac system. He also recommended some energy saving tips to help our system work more efficiently. Elliot and Red Vine Services went above and beyond to fix our system and to ensure we were completely satisfied. When it came to pricing they were completely reasonable. They followed up with us the next few days afterwards to make sure everything continued working properly. My wife and I are truly grateful for that! We had an amazing experience and have already recommend them to friends.

Red Vine Services was used to install a new 2-zone HVAC system in my century old Victorian home. The installation lacked true subject matter expertise, professionalism, and care for the customer. The Problems: • The limit on a 3.5 ton unit is 14 supply lines. On one of the installed units, there is upwards of 26 supply lines, almost double what the true capacity is. • Install was not compliant with code • Load calculations and blow test were NOT performed When questioned about the lack of airflow and general ascetics of the install, the owner ghosted. This speaks to his lack of professionalism. So if you fancy a company that will: • smoke cigars in your home (although vacant), • give Project Managers & General Contractors conflicting reports • act defensive when constructive criticism is provided then this is the company for you.
Dedicated, Knowledgeable, and Professional are just some of the words I would use to describe the service I’ve received from the Red Vine air conditioning company. This is actually the second time I’ve use the company, with exceptional service both times. The technician came to my home at the appointed time, performed a thorough diagnosis of the program, and fixed the true issue. Unlike another company who said I needed to replace my entire unit, the technician(s) at Red Vine were honest and trustworthy all at a fair price. I highly recommend contacting Red Vine the next time you need A/C service.
I was referred to Elliott by a family friend. The heat went out at my rental property and Elliott responded quickly. He assessed the problem and ordered the parts to repair the Trane unit that same day. Everything was installed and ready to go in no time! His price was more than fair and I would recommend to everyone.

This young man operates a top notch, first class HVAC business. I have dealt with numerous HVAC contractors, most large companies, over the years. Trust me when i say you will not, ever, find better pricing, service and a more meticulous HVAC contractor.
