We recently hired Red Truck to install a three head mini split system into our home. From quoting to installation they did a fantastic job. We have quote a few quotes from their competition and they were very up front and honest and made us feel comfortable in our decision. The job was done in 6-5 hours the same day and was done very cleanly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Our furnace failed two weeks before Christmas. We got on Red Truck's calendar a week from making the down payment. Jamie and his team were excellent to deal with. The install was clean and professional with attention to detail, as if it were their own homes. Pricing was competitive. I appreciate the attention to fail safe implementation of system components and a custom built drain pan the whole system sits in. Highly recommend Red Truck Mechanical.
Highly Recommend! Awesome customer service and professionalism! Andrew from Red Truck Heating and Cooling was out immediately and on time based on the appointment I had scheduled. They were quick to identify the issue with my HVAC system that was taking place. They also found the part that I needed, which was on back order several months. This allowed the repair to take place much sooner then originally expected, resolving an issue I was dealing with for over a year. I want to thank their team for taking care of my family. Red Truck is THE BEST and we highly recommend them! We were starting from scratch with no central air or heat in our home and our friend highly recommended we use them. They made the process of getting a new heating/cooling system so smooth and seamless from start to finish. Jamie provided us with an informative walkthrough and a perfect recommendation with competitive pricing for a HVAC system that fit our needs. He has excellent communication and was so kind and accommodating. Elliot and Will installed our system and did an amazing job. They took great care keeping our house clean during the multiple day install. Elliot is super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while also giving tips on how to best utilize our system. Updated from 7/21 The team from Red Truck today installed a new Rheem AC unit and Rheem furnace and I could not be happier. The team once again showed up on time, quickly and professionally installed the new system and a very fair price. Call Red Truck for all your Heating and Cooling needs. They are the best! Had my central air and hot water heater stop working at the same time. Called Red Truck Heating and Cooling. Jamie was on time and fixed my AC system while others didn't even look at the system but tried to sell me a new system. Jamie diagnosed my hot water heater issue while others tried to sell me a new one after looking at their phone for error codes. Jamie KNEW the answer. Now I'm going to use Red Truck to have a new hot water heater installed. Quality product, brand name, professional old school service. USE THESE GUYS! Jamie and his team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. From consultation to install, we were impressed with the communication, attention to detail and follow-through. I had Red Truck service my AC system both at my residence and business. They are very prompt and professional and every staff member has a thorough knowledge of heating and cooling systems. I have the utmost confidence that they are keeping my equipment up to par and addressing any issues before they become expensive. Andy was my technician and he has been great to deal with and explains everything very well. I wouldn't go with any other company for HVAC needs and I highly recommend Red Truck to anyone looking for these services.
Do all of your drivers normally text and drive, speed, (going at least 40 in a 25 where children are walking to go to school….) and swerve in and out of traffic? Or just the one with license plate ZSA-7837 driving in Lancaster on orange st around 7:35am on 6/8. Very disappointed
Had issue with my master bedroom heat pump going into emergency heat. Andy and Jamie went above and beyond to figure out the issue. I have referred this company to I’d say over 20 of my friends and they are very pleased with with the price, quality and professionalism of this company. Red Truck, why call anyone else else🤷♂️?
I couldn't have had a better experience! Being a new homeowner, dealing with a local company who clearly cares about what they do made all the difference. Jamie showed up and his professionalism was shown right away. He immediately put on shoe covers to protect our carpet, he walked through the home and inspected it, gave suggestions, sent emails with product links, and helped to get our furnace/AC service scheduled. If you need HVAC work, you have to consider Red Truck!!
I had the heat go out in my house and I put a call into Red Truck Mechanical and they responded with a tech on site within two hours. Very reasonable rates and great customer service! I would highly recommend using them for all your heating and cooling needs.
I’ve dealt with companies/technicians in the past where I was left feeling like my questions and concerns weren’t valued. I felt the complete opposite with Red Truck! Jamie was very responsive and I could tell he was knowledgeable in all things hvac. He sent Andy to maintenance my heat pump and troubleshoot an issue I was having with it. Very professional! A number of weeks later I contacted Jamie about a concern which ended up being a false alarm, but he was quick to send someone to check on the issue within a short amount of time, and they were very patient and understanding. Jamie and his team at Red Truck work with integrity and are a great local small business to support. I plan on continuing to use them for any hvac needs I may have!
Jamie from Red Truck came out to evaluate part of my heating and cooling system. From the very first conversation, he was very professional and helpful. Even though we ended up not going with his services (due to our own issues, not theirs), I would definitely recommend Red Truck to anyone in the Lancaster and surrounding area. He was able to give me suggestions on our system to improve our comfort level in the house. I've already implemented these small suggestions and already feel a difference in our home comfort level. Again, I would recommend calling Jamie and the Red Truck staff for their expertise. Once it becomes more feasible to go with their services, they will be called right away. If you are looking to work with an HVAC company that has the most amazing communication skills, then Red Truck is it! Seriously, the best communication and responsiveness out of any contractor we've ever worked with. Red Truck was quick to quote our project and we found their pricing to be very reasonable. They were also able to work our small job into their schedule in a very timely manner. Beyond the incredible communication skills, the quality of the work they did for us was impeccable. They are very knowledgeable and professional! You know you've found a great company when they leave the site cleaner than it was before. Red Truck did a fantastic job for us and we will definitely be using them for any HVAC needs that arise in the future. Highly recommend!
