Red Star recently replaced a sewer line to the city main. They were professional, and respectful of the property. The sewer line had pretty much failed so it was an emergency project and Red Star handled it great and was responsive to the scheduling urgency of the project.
I had a hot water failure and Jed was very responsive to collect current water tank specs and demand of the system. He was able to secure a new tank and have it installed within 24 hours. The crew protected the flooring and carpet down to the basement for removal and install. Back up and running with happy family. Highly recommend!
Not sure they're still in business. A friend referred them but they don't answer the phone or respond to web inquiries
Red star was supposed to install a toilet in our apartment on Monday. Unlike any other plumbing company that gives their client a set time window, Red Star decided they would “show up” whenever and better yet simply didn’t come to our apartment. When I contacted them (after not answering my first two calls) they claimed that the plumbers had shown up and left a message on our door knob (which they did not). Red Star is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend their services to anyone else.
Usually plumbers will schedule appointments and a specific time to come over. They don’t tell their clients to be free for the whole entire day and just wait on them to show up. We should not be conforming to your schedule, it should be the other way around. Do not say you have been multiple times to our place when I had to make time to free myself of all other obligations for the whole day just to wait around for you guys to not show up
Fantastic company to work with! I had an issue with my faucet and the technician who came out was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I will absolutely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!

Never had their service, but they drive recklessly. Cut me off after almost merging into me on 66 just outside of Longmont. Then cut across traffic to make a left hand turn, all without signalling.

I had them terminate a gas line to the fireplace and repair / replace a cracked section of copper drain from the vent, sink drain to the main line. I needed the work performed ASAP. The technician came ASAP and on time. He was very professional looking sharp in his uniform, a clean, well maintained van. He was well mannered and respectful. He performed the work quickly and correctly. He answered any question honestly. It was a little pricey, but this is the result of hiring a professional, Master Plumber who will do the job the right way and leave me feeling confident in the work; moreover, the cost was around industry standards. I have been a Master Tradesman for 25 years, and we know who to hire. I highly recommend Red Star for any of their services if you want the job done professionally, correctly, worry free, and finalized.

Hired this guy to install some plumbing fixtures. A couple of the fixtures were loose and leaking, and called back to have them return to correct them. Never heard back from them.
Absolutely amazing plumbers. They made a break in their schedule to do a toilet flange replacement for me before we closed on a house. Saved our lives. Were super professional and charged very fairly. Definitely going with these guys in the future.
Had a clog with a drain, turns out the pipe had broken causing the clog. Had it fixed the next day, very professional and prompt. Would recommend to anyone.
