Travis came by on a holiday to get my ac working temporarily until he had time to come back and fix it permanently. He charges way less than the competition and has integrity to boot. 100% would recommend.
Travis over charges, way over priced! I paid hundreds last year for I don't know what. This year I paid 85 dollars for him to open the vent, throw the dirty filter on my floor and leave. He called and told me it was dirty and needed a new filter. Did he put one in? No sir. Also, told me the furnace was dirty and needed cleaned, but it turned on so his job was done. Worked for less than a week. Also, told me one price and charged me another. Either way 20 dollars would have been a lot for this five minutes, but I paid 85 dollars.
Travis done a great job installed new motor couldn't be happier with there service I would recommend them to anyone in need of his services
Travis installed our cooling unit and will not service equipment. He doesn't answer calls - I've called him 4 or 5 times and he won't address the problems. He's generally poor at communicating, and he overcharged us - $500 more than his quote!
Travis did a phenomenal job. He and his team worked overtime well past 5pm to get my AC installed and running so our family could escape the heat. Red Star was the cheapest quote I got (and I shopped around quite a bit - Bud Anderson was the most expensive). I had a 4 ton 13 seer installed. Travis was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working.
Travis was very knowledgable and personable. Excellent service and at a fair price. Will definitely be referring friends/family.
