Arrived on time. Pleasant. Solved Cooling problem quickly. Knew costs of repairs. Have used RedStar before. Well dressed. Nice hair cut.
I have used red star for a very very long time..the owner Joe is so polite and professional.. never never had any issues. I trust them for my ac repair. I'm having a new water heater installed thru them as well. All there techs are just as friendly, nice, they explain everything . GOOD JOB RED STAR
All of the employees are knowledgeable and courteous, always on time. We couldn't be more pleased with their service.

After Scheduling appt. with Red Star Cooling & Heating they was able to schedule me on a Wednesday a Young man name Jerardo came out and gave me an estimate Mr. Jerardo was very Knowledgeable and a nice young man once again Thank you Mr. Jerardo.
Three times now I’ve had excellent, fast and responsive fixes to my aging AC systems from Jay at Red Star. He’s experienced, professional and provides all my options. Parts were available on the day to keep my family cool the same day. When it does come time to change out the systems, I’ll be sure to give Red Star a call.
Joe, the owner, is a highly honorable gentleman. When he learned about my experience with his newly hired staff and the undesirable outcome of trying to use his services, he immediately called me yesterday, Sunday, and apologized about the unintentional end results with his newly hired staff. Joe came himself today and got on my roof (2 story town home)and fixed my AC, and gave me a great discount. How could you not appreciate such a noble gentleman as Joe: He is a prince!!!

Our an a/c unit did not work today. i called red star Saturday morning, technician came 4 hours later. they fix the one unit that did not working and also checked the other one and found a potential problem then fixed it too.

Austin showed up on time and prepared to do the job. He did what was needed, very professionally, and with a good attitude. He was efficient, and explanatory about other issues that we talked about. We would like for him to install a new thermostat for us in the next week or so.
