We used Red's to install a mini-split system in our attic. Joe and his team are great. They did a thorough job, and made sure that they were neat while going about their work. We had a few issues after installation, but Joe called back immediately and came out within a day to address them. Would definitely recommend them.

Spent several thousand dollars for them to repair my a/c a little over a year ago. Supposed to have a parts and labor warranty. Low and behold, a/c breaks again and they won't respond to phone calls from me or my property manager. How do you say you will stand by your work and then not even bother to follow up? We've been calling for 2 weeks. If you're looking for a reliable company, I wouldn't recommend this one.

Joe and his team showed up on time, they were all courteous and professional. There were no hidden charges. They did everything they told us that they would do. It was a pleasure having them in our home. They were GREAT.
We live in an older home that had a very old water heater, old and improperly installed/poorly maintained furnace, shoddy duct work, and a number of other issues. After extensively vetting multiple HVAC/Plumbing professionals in the Denver area when our water heater decided to fail, we ultimately decided to work with Joe and his team at Red’s Heating and Cooling to install a tankless system. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. We were so pleased with the experience that when our furnace decided to fail , we didn’t even bother calling around to get quotes. We just called Joe and his team up, and they were able to work us into their schedule on short notice and replace the entire furnace, seal our ductwork, and install duct boosters for problem areas in the house. We highly recommend Red’s Heating and Cooling for anyone that is looking for top-notch quality service for a fair price.

Found these guys highly recommened on home advisor. My furnace was acting up and appeared to have stopped working. They called me immediately and Joe had us scheduled first thing the next morning. He was here within our scheduled appt and figured out the motor was busted. Even with leaving to get parts he was done and out within 2 hours. Joe was very kind and professional. Now I can rest easy and have a nice warm house.
They came out and took a look at my system within two hours of me calling them and after review, let me know there was no need for repairs. They were kind enough to not charge for the veal and that’s just very classy. I will use them in the future.
I want my furnace check up end of last year we had issue of it no starting was not all the time. they came out said there was a part that omed out low but was still in range we said go ahead and change for 180.00 which we said Ok then they say no that now it we need a valve for 500.00 to me it looked like they just threw parts at it tell it worked. but what really got to me is they sold my wife on a furnace Membership for 17.00 a month for 24 months SCAM stay away from these crocks there are plenty of honest repair services out there this is not one of them the owner did call a was very professional I should have called him first instead of posting this review he took care of my issue and i satisficed

This review is a bit late, but, I finally have the time to write a thoughtful review. This past winter we had an issue with our furnace. After doing our research, we went with a fairly reputable company. The tech they sent was fairly new to the business, which was okay, as they did a good job and the price was right. We did feel that the company was pushing us to lease a new furnace and it turned us off. We also knew we were due for a cleaning at the time of the repair we had done, but just did not want to go with the company again. I did more research and found Red's Heating & Cooling. After reading through reviews, we decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. Joseph was professional, took his time doing a thorough job, was responsive and not pushy with up-selling us. This company clearly values customer service and honesty. We even had to call them out a second time and they were again, professional, honest, and delivered the best customer service that we have not experienced for some time. Companies used to be like this, but now it seems more and more companies are out to get the customer and their money. Go with Red's Heating & Cooling. We needed a new furnace and tankless water heater for our house as a part of a remodel we are doing. Jesse and Joe from Red’s came over and explained to us what we needed and why. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions. Then, they gave us a better quote than the competition. They came and completed the project the next week and were able to complete it in one day. They were very professional, cleaned up the area and tested everything to make sure it worked. I’d highly recommend them!
