Derek of Red Carpet Heating and Air was great. We had emergency and he found a way to squeeze us in, in spite of a full schedule. He diagnosed, and repaired quickly, and very fairly priced. High integrity man! Great service! He’ll be my go to HVAC serviced.

Our AC stopped working. Derek came to our house the same day, identified the problem. He called around to get the parts he needed as soon as possible. He was prompt, caring and consciousness. He fixed our problems, and got our AC running again. He's an honest man and wants to treat his customers right.
Finally an honest and trustworthy AC guy!! Derek was super friendly and professional, went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the actual problem, and at a reasonable and fair price (unlike multiple other companies we had tried calling before we found him). He even graciously checked our other unit that had been worked on by another company to ensure it was done right. He has earned our repeat business and we will gladly and enthusiastically refer him to anyone needing an AC company!

I had a great experience dealing with Red Carpet Heating and Air services. We were having some trouble with our AC system cooling our house. I called them on a Saturday and within a few hours they were there to fix my issue. We had a refrigerant leak and he was able to diagnose and fix quickly and provided us with additional refrigerant that was lost. Derek, the owner of the company, was great to work with and very upfront with any thing he did during the service call. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing HVAC service.
We feel so fortunate to have found RCHAS! We originally hired the company to install two Nest thermostats. While Derek was out here, we had him look at our upstairs AC unit which was having issues. First and foremost: we feel like they are honest and transparent when it comes to their labor and pricing. So professional and respectful of our home. Derek quickly diagnosed the issue and provided multiple solutions so we could work within our budget. He took the time to walk us through the options and discuss all of the pros and cons of each in plain English. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them.
It was time to replace the original AC/heat pump in our home. Red Carpet came through with a new American Standard system. They were on time, with one technician handling the inside and Derek handling the outside. Both worked as a team and completed the job as the 80 degree temps hit on Saturday. Approved financing caused many issues but Derek and his wife worked through the problems and got us installed on time. Thanks - Red Carpet
Today when the furnace turned on we noticed a bad burning smell, which was unusual as it's been running all week through the cold weather. I called Red Carpet Heat and Air Service and Derek came out this afternoon. The service I received, from my initial call to my final invoice, was outstanding, and the rates are very reasonable. I look forward to being a customer for years to come.

Best Hvac tech!!! Very pleased with their service. I used them for repairing my condenser unit. out of all the reps, Derek was the only one who suggested alternatives and walked me through the details. Where he stands out is, all the other companies tried selling me the part or a complete new unit, he was the only one who actually checked for warranty and saved me $$$$ on the part. I was so pleaded with the service call, I signed up for the yearly maintenance plan right away.

Had service today for both AC units, upstairs and downstairs. They are professional, thorough, honest, efficient, and priced right. They walked me through everything I needed to know, answered my questions, and offered advice for cost saving measures. I dabble a little on home projects, do-it-yourself, etc. I asked about return vents, air handlers, installing extra units, etc. I am appreciative of their honest feedback and no upsell tactics. Highly recommend them for anyone needing heating and cooling needs. They provide peace of mind that my home units were operating just right.
I was very impressed with this small company! Derek was awesome. Brock his assistant went above and beyond in the attic during the heat of the day. The price was affordable, the quality was ABOVE expectation, and the experiance was just as good. I would HIGHLY recommend Red Carpet Heating and Air! I even hope to use them at my place of buisiness for our roof top units. They are 100%, no bs, and we would know as my wife was an HVAC tech for 20 years.
