I've used Red Bee Home Services for several jobs at our home and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Erica and Steve are amazing to work with. They thoroughly explained my options, explained what they were doing in great detail and gave me a level of comfort that you often don't see these days. Work included: installed a toilet and sink in my basement, installed a new vanity and faucet, replaced my existing toilets, and they replaced a leaky faucet outside. Everything has held up well and there have been no issues whatsoever. The pricing was great and they left the work areas clean after they were finished. I'd highly recommend them.
I just moved in and had my hot water and heating stop working. Red Bee was the first to respond and extremely quick to repair. The team spent a lot of extra time explaining to me my new-to-me system, answering the questions I had around my water (of which I had many), and making recommendations based on the conversation. Confident, patient and the work done looked amazing, I happily brought the team back for upgrades and maintenance work. Highly recommend and will continue to call them for any and all future work.

We've had Red Bee Home Services do several jobs at our home, including installing water filtration systems, replacing faucets, correcting an improperly piped sink, installing a dishwasher, changing thermostats, and most recently, doing a partial renovation on our 1960s downstairs bathroom. We chose to leave the walls as they were, and had Red Bee install a laminate floor and light fixture, and change the toilet and faucets in tub and sink - and what a difference it made! Steve and Erica were pleasant to work with, prompt and courteous, and did great work. They made sure I knew what they found and what to expect, as well as how to use anything that required explanation. The work areas were left tidy at the end of each job. I'd absolutely recommend Red Bee for plumbing and home services work in Columbia and Albany counties.
Fast, courteous, professional service. I called about a leaky faucet, but upon arrival I identified other issues that I had been experiencing. The team corrected all of my issues for a very reasonable rate. I would definitely call this service again.
