Seriously the MOST unprofessional as a company can be. They are doing work on a house we abut and were installing the AC system...which means they were hammering on tin....at 6am!! The permit posted clearly states Mon-Fri 7a-6p. When approached one of the 4 men working at the site used profanities when confronted and said..."Nobody told us we couldn't start until 7a" When I spoke to the OWNER of this company he said..." That did NOT happen...2 of the men working the site are my sons". I said well I can't tell you whether or not it was one of your sons or not but IT DID happen!!! He said I've been doing this alot of years and never had such an issue....maybe not the ignorance but their reviews speak for themselves. I said ok...the foreman on the job...what are they supposed to do at the start of the job...he said...I don't know what you mean...I asked again...nothing. I then stated for someone who has been doing this for ALOT of years seems to be very ignorant to law. I said the permit in the window states when the work can begin...dead silence. I then told him I had reported them to every appropriate agency...dead silence. I then hung up. They really thought they were gonna come into our neighborhood and get away with this nonsense?!? Nice Try Boys!
The company installed brand new (American Standard) heating and central air units in my house not many years ago.. Shortly after the heating unit was installed, it took them two weeks to figure out why it did not produce sufficient heat. It was pretty cold outside. Both machines appear to be of high quality. Yesterday, the AC unit stopped working. Called them and they said they would come at 2 P.M. today. By 3 PM, I called the office and Recom said would call back. It is 6:16 PM, and no one returned call. Instead, I arrange National Grid to come tomorrow. I bet they will be here as promised.
