Disappointed that I didn’t get a quote before I had them do the job. All I asked them to do was to replace a gasket on my water heater burner, an hour and a half later I’m stuck with a $200 bill. Seems a little steep.
I called last week and he took my information, my water heater broke and needed a replacement he told me he will call back and never called, I call again and he told me he will call in one hour and never called. my water heater is been broke and leaking water for a week.
I’m an old guy and these folks are the best plumbers/ac repair people I’ve ever hired. A friend who is a long-time general contractor gave me their name when, following some poor AC work by a big company with fancy vans, I was still having problems. The folks at Real got my 15-year-old system running like it was new. Anything that goes wrong with my house that they can handle, I’m calling them and nobody else. They’ve also done work for others in my neighborhood and the results have been excellent.
Great, quick, quality service. Wonderful experience having the thermostat for my boiler driven radiant heating moved & replaced. Updated my old equipment & was honest about the struggle with radiant heating & having a programmable thermostat. Friendly & helpful. Will be my go to from now on. Thanks for your help!

Real Plumbing is an authorized AO Smith hot water tank repair company. I called Ron 6 times and 6 times he told me he would call me back later that day. 6 times he has failed to call back. He has zero integrity.
Once the factory sent the replacement part. We were able to quickly schedule the repair. They arrived on time, wearing proper face masks, and completed the repair quickly.
We've used these guys several times and they've always been great, but this last time they came to fix a boiler in October and advised they needed a part. I made several phone calls over a month and each time they said they would check on the part. They never bothered to call me back so here we sit over a month later with no hot water. We had another company finally come to look at it and Real had removed some parts and taken them so the new company struggled to figure out what was wrong. My 85 year old mother hasn't been able to go home. Disappointed.
You won't find a more trustworthy and professional HVAC in utah County! These guys will treat you well and know their profession.
