Canceled service in August and they charged me. I have not got refund was told 10 days. Called two time and still no refund. Be careful on doing business with them. Update just got charged again and service was canceled on 8/01. They don’t know what they are doing at this company.

My system went out on a weekend. I reached a live person and a service tech was at my home promptly. (I highly recommend being on their Comfort Club Plan!). The problem was more complex and they would have to come back the following Monday. First thing Monday morning, I received a call to see how I was doing and assuring me they would get the problem fixed. The tech was out shortly after and worked with factory tech support. He was able to get the system running. I appreciate the time the techs spent on solving the problem, their knowledge of the AC/heating system, their good communication and prompt arrival and their fair pricing. I highly recommend Ready Air!

These people are the best! Our 13 year old unit went kerplunk on the hottest day of the year at 8 in the morning. By the next afternoon we had a new quiet and efficient 16 seer up and running. Terrific service at a value price. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Brian and Greg. John in Mesa AZ

Called Ready Air on 4/2 to set up an appointment with the SRP preferred contractor at the special $29.95 rate. Appointment set for 4/13 between 8 and 10 AM. Ready Air did not show or contact me by 10 AM and when I called to inquire about the status, I was told they didn't have anything on me and the soonest reschedule would be 4/30. If Ready Air can't manage a schedule, I certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Greg arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. Very polite and asked where everything was and it would be ok to go thru the house. The inspection lasted about a half hour, and there was no pressure of up selling. He gave some suggestions to better improve our cooling unit, and followed up with an email on everything explained. If we ever need HVAC work done, Ready Air would be my first call!

Recently we enclosed our Arizona room and made it into a living space in our house. Because it was originally a back porch and not an inside space, it did not have duct work to help cool or heat it. I contacted Ready Air for their help. Greg came out and walked us through what would have to be done, explained why and how he would do it. Today he came out with Scott and Matt, put in a larger air return and larger main supply duct to compensate for the extra opening in our new room. He and his crew were professional and very competent will doing there job in a timely manner. I would very highly recommend Ready Air to anyone who is looking for heating or cooling service. Thank you Ready Air!

The AC went out on Saturday, and after an unbearable weekend, we looked up AC repair in the area. On Monday, we found Ready Air and they were only 1 of 2 companies who even offered a free estimate; everybody else charged $75-100 to just come out and look at your system. Since Ready Air responded that they couldn't give a proper estimate without reviewing the AC, they seemed to be the most honest. Jeremy came out and found out it was a burnt out fuse, but it also melted the large wire connecting it. I had looked at the system on Sunday and realized that something had melted and was beyond a regular guy fixing it. He quoted a $100 repair and we were happy to hear that it was repairable. He ended up charging $86 for replacing fuse and wire, but also looked at the system and let us know that it was going to give out. He gave us options - changing out the whole system now or replacing the motor that had burnt out the fuse. Jeremy acknowledged that the motor replacement would only be a temporary fix, but would buy us a few months' time to save the $5000+ for a new system. The system is over 10 years old, which is the average lifespan in the PHX area. We discussed it and we called him about a half hour after he left and asked him when he could replace the motor. We thought it would take several days, but he told us he could come by the next day to do it. Today, Jeremy arrived and replaced the motor in about an hour. The AC actually ran much quieter than the old one - as Jeremy stated, the old one was running too fast and hot, burning out the bearings and the fuses, and actually was costing much more in electricity. We wholeheartedly recommend this business, which is both local and willing to work with people in considering options to keep their homes cool and comfortable, rather than trying to hard sell you a $10,000 unit, which a large chain had quoted my partner a couple of years ago.

Greg & Trish Straface of Ready Air have been our A/C support for our home for many years. Greg has performed a yearly maintenance on our unit and he is very thorough in his work. He spends the time it takes to really check out the unit and service it. Our unit is almost 20 years old and he has kept us running. They are very honest trustworthy people and have reasonable fees for service and repairs. You can trust this company to properly diagnose your unit and NOT rip you off which is very important and comforting to know. Greg has always been very quick to respond whenever we have had an issue and quickly got us up in running. We highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.

We had an inspection done by another company and called these guys for a 3rd opinion. Jeremy came out and explained everything and fixed the A/C for less then the 2 previous quotes. We will definitely be calling Ready Air again if we need more A/C work done in the future. Thanks for your help Jeremy.

My wife came into my workshop yesterday afternoon saying one of our air conditioners wasn't working, and my response naturally was "call Greg". As always Greg responded immediately and was at our house a short time later. He quickly diagnosed an repaired the problem just as we knew he would. It's because Greg is probably the most reliable and honest businessman I know that he has taken care of our air conditioners for years. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
