After making an emergency call in the first heatwave of the summer regarding our air conditioning repair, RC Air Conditioning and Heating Service handled my request and scheduled an appointment between 12 - 3:oo for the next day. RC and Landon texted that they were on the way and arrived by 12:15, analyzed the problem and replace the faulty components quickly. Both were courteous, informative very competent! My husband and I love supporting local family owned and operated businesses. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with complete confidence! Yvonne Jamison

I was able to schedule a next day appointment. They communicated pre appointment for more specific time. They were very professional and had the needed parts to fix the problem. It’s all done just in time for a hot summer day!

Outstanding, Professional people. They did a real professional job replacing the AC evaporator in my attic. Had to access through a hole on the second floor in the ceiling of my home. And their price was pretty reasonable
It was an honest and very professional family run service we had. All siblings pros are very knowledgeable and did answer all of our questions. Scheduling was easy, as promised next day and showed up on time. Tuneup costs only $95 which is very reasonable compared to others. They gave us a discount for replacing faulty parts as well. We definitely looking forward to have their service in the future.
I am very impressed with RC AIR and their prompt service. They came the next day after I called and shared my AC was not blowing cold enough. They sent messages of their scheduled time and a reminder when they were en route from another job. The arrived on time, checked everything and found it was low on freon. After a the repair, Cassie explained everything they did and spent time to tell me what the symptoms of a freon leak might be. She recommended we keep an eye on the system performance, which I plan to do. But if it ever needs service again, I'll be calling RC AIR again. Truly excellent service.

What an amazing company and amazing employees! Hard to find great companies like RC Air anymore. They are professional and most of all honest and knowledgeable. From the day they came out to give a quote to the day of installation everything was so smooth. Cassie explained exactly what needed to be done, why and how. She was amazing to work with and so smart and patient. I would HIGHLY recommend RC Air to everyone!

My compressor suddenly stopped working. I did the obvious and checked my fuses. Once I verified the fuses had not blown, I called RC Air. RC Air came out and quickly figured out my capacitor was not fully functioning, they also found some chewed up wiring that was preventing the system from coming on. They replaced the capacitor and ran a new wiring line from the compressor to the house entrance. They then checked my refrigerant level and gave my system the OK. The technicians RC & Cassie worked together well and completed the job in under an hour. I highly recommend RC Air.

Our AC UNIT stopped working on a Saturday. Cassie responded to our call fast and was at our house the next day. After an hour she evaluated our whole system and replaced all the damaged parts.
