Great service, easy to get in touch with, showed up an hour early to get all the “pre” stuff done before the install so we could have a/c on the hottest day of the year! Couldnt have asked for a better service experience!
Raymond Lopez Services is more than just a “company.” They come out twice yearly for maintenance checks on my AC and Furnace. If an issue would develop, because of the maintenance checks, they catch it before it becomes a huge expense. I appreciate Raymond and Quinton for their expertise and their friendliness. They are more than just a “company.” I highly recommend them for your AC / Furnace needs.

Raymond and his crew are the first HVAC company I’ve used that I’ve felt confident in everything they’ve told me. I feel like they truly care about their clients, and are honest. They are not trying to push you toward the solution that benefits their company. When we had an issue with our upstairs unit last summer (where our 5 month old twins sleep) he was on it same day. He knows the importance of certain situations and is extremely responsive. We are very fortunate to have found someone we can trust. I’m always confident when people ask for a recommendation that Raymond will provide an exceptional service.

These guys are the best!! I had to hire a company to fix my dads AC since I live out of town and called them from a referral I got. They came out same day and fixed his issue. I was worried since my dad is elderly and the inside was 83 degrees and getting hotter but very relieved to hear by the end of the day it was fixed, cooling down and taking care of! Thanks once again!!

Raymond and team do great work. Customer service is clearly a high priority. At the same time, they have a high degree of technical knowledge and can solve complex problems. I hired them to install my split system and I'd definitely work with them again in the future.
