Air Conditioning Service Recommendation The AC stopped working in my home on Sunday and my usual AC serviceman was unable to do the repairs so he recommended a guy (I am not sure if I can mention his info here) but he came 3 hours later than the appointment time we agreed on, misdiagnosed the issue with my AC and left my home without reconnecting my thermostat. We could not find the parts for it and when I called him he said he would come back and never returned. My unit is 2 ½ -3 yrs old and it may need to be replaced but not likely and I told him repeatedly. After he knew I wouldn’t fall for it he said his fee to diagnose was $80. So I was scammed out of my money and received nothing but more frustration and a longer time in this unbearable heat. The next day my daughter and I searchedrecommendations and chose Ray’s AC and Heating & Cooling. Ray was awesome. He returned my call quickly, made an appointment and was at my home at the time we arranged, which was in one hour. He provided quick, professional, and courteous service that was accurate on his diagnosis. This guy works very well and in an hour he had cleaned my outside unit, cleaned my coils, replaced my filters, replaced my fuse and transformer (the correct diagnosis), and even fixed my thermostat somehow without the parts that the previous technician had taken. My AC blows very cold now and I highly recommend that you choose him for your AC Heating & Cooling Repair Service. You will not be disappointed!
Ray was responsive to my request for service. He has arrived when he said he would and was professional. He was very thorough in the work he did and took the time to explain to me what he was doing. I felt like he took the time to make sure both of my systems were in good condition. He fixed the unit that was not working and did it with replacing only the parts that were necessary. He could have tried to sell me a new fan motor as I am sure others would have done but he did not. He knew how to solve the issue and it did not require changing the fan motor. I was very happy with Ray's service and will definitely call him again for my service and repair needs. I would recommend Ray to others as well.

No one wants to spend money on a new hvac system, but I’m glad that my money was worth it and the service was great! No issues or problems as of 3 weeks from job. And they cleaned up afterwards. Thank you, Ray!

Ray's A/C & Heating Services is fantastic! Ray and his team recently replaced a complete A/C and heating system and duct work at our new house. The work was initially scheduled for a Saturday but was postponed because of thunderstorms, so Ray and his team worked all day Sunday to get the job done. They arrived on time and prepared. Ray is very knowledgeable, professional, and was at the worksite all day. The team was courteous, respectful, and worked like a well-oiled machine. When they finally finished after a full day of work, you could hardly tell that they had been here because they cleaned and did not leave any trash or mess. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to call them again if necessary. We highly recommend Ray's A/C & Heating Services.
My AC (10 years） broke down so I asked Church to take a look . He spent 10 minutes and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more to fix so I should buy a new one for $16,000. I talked to a friend of mine and he suggested to ask Ray for his opinion. Ray fixed the problem for $365 and the diagnosis of Church was all wrong.
