I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO SERVICE MY UNIT FOR 2 YEARS.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ..DISHONEST...OVER PRICING AND MOST OF ALL EACH WORKER I WAS VERY SUSPICIOUS ABOUT ..PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE ..YOU WILL ALSO HAVETO CLEAN UP BEHIND THE WORKER..LEFT MY GATE WIDE OPEN WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT HE WAS LEAVING..BE AWARE OF EVERY SUSPICIOUS WORKER THAT YOU LET IN YOUR YARD OR HOUSE
Full replacement of HVAC system, professional with quality work at a fair price. Rashad is honest, thorough and will work with you to get you what you want. A big expense, but feel comfortable with Rashad as my choice for installer.
Ricky showed up on time 1st thing, diagnosed the problem with my AC, and was done by 11:00. Nice man too! I recommend Rashad’s
Had to downgrade my previous review. They were good before, but have been very unprofessional recently. After a $700 "repair" followed by a total breakfown of the unit one month later plus some unprofessional and dishonest behavior by a technician, I was ready to part ways amicably, but at least wanted a receipt for the money I had paid them, for my taxes. All communication regarding this has been ignored, though. Basically, I was "ghosted" and never even given the receipt. Very immature and unprofessional. Former review, from years ago: Top-notch professional service. Came the same day, at exactly the appointed time. Was clearly knowledgeable and got my AC back up and running right away. What a contrast to previous AC service I've had! I will be using Rashad's exclusively from now on.
I had posted a 5 star review but had to change this after their second job. The person they sent was neither knowledgeable nor competent. After charging for repairs that weren't needed, they said the system was working fine m that could not have been more wrong. Each other AC company said the whole system was broken. A simple look in the attic would have shown the problem. They cost me hundreds if dollars and weeks of a hot house.
(05/12/2022) I appreciate the exceptional service that Rashad provided. I commend the Technicians (Ricky and Dave) for their quick and honest assessment of the problem I was having with my system. Technicians listened to my concerns and were patient with my questions. A blower motor malfunctioned. New blower motor installed, approximately 4-5 hours afterward. The thermostat was not dropping in temperature. I called Rashad up after hours the same day at around 1830 Hours (6:30 P.M.) and voiced my concerns. I asked, "Is the New blower motor rotating in the proper direction?" Rashad immediately called Technician that installed the blower motor and relayed my concerns. Technician Dave came back to my house the same night with his family in the car around 2000 (8:00 P.M.) to check on the problem that I was having. Dave tackled the issue right away and took the time to explain and show that the blower motor installation was correct. I was wrong in my assumption and disrupted Technician Dave's evening with his family. I commend the pride and dedication that Technician Dave takes in his craft. I'm grateful for the effective communication from Rashad's Ac and Heating Repair Team displayed. Superior customer service above and beyond. Thank you, Technician Dave and Rashad's Team. I will utilize your team in the future for all my AC & Heating needs. My system is working well.

An overall good experience with them. They got out to us rather quickly to check our A/C out. In no time we got a call discussing what the problem was and the options we had to fix or replace the unit. By the following day we received service.. They're reasonably priced. Yes let me say it again, they are reasonably priced. Our technician was very well-mannered and knowledgeable. He got the job done well and in no time. My only complaint is: TIME. We were told to expect our technician 8am and we never saw him until after 10am. We had plans scheduled around that time and ended up having to push back the time with each hour we had to wait. But, overall, a very good experience.
This experience was great! I use them all the time with my home and my rental properties. Always PROFESIONAL. I have used them for years.
Quick service and very polite! Rashad’s came out and worked on my commercial building despite getting rained on on my roof unit. I will would recommend them to anyone, great and efficient AC repair.

Rashad and his team were wonderful! They were at my house within 3 hours of my contacting him about my AC not working. Extremely professional and helpful, and had the AC unit working in less than 2 hours (including having to go pick up 2 parts). Can not recommend more highly.
