From my initial conversation with Jack to the care Elaina provided and to the seamless and efficient installation done by Dylan, this company is by far a 6 star rating in my book. Will highly recommend them to anyone and if for other projects needed will be calling them back for their services. Top notch!
Rapid Response's service experience was a very positive one overall. Justin was running late but let me know about it and was professional and informative on what he was doing and why. He throughly cleaned out my outside fan which wasn't serviced since the pandemic and had a lot of built up dirt & debris caught in the grills. That will end up saving me some money on electricity. His service charge was more than fair and suggested replacing our attic unit"s capacitor that was low and amperage. Before replacing it, he cross-referenced the pricing for the item with the home office to make sure he was charging correctly, which ended up saving me some money. Justin was personable, professional and thorough and I would use Rapid Response Heating & Cooling again for my annual HVAC maintenance needs.
Rapid Response is professional and lightning fast. The sales team (Elaina) are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they work with your schedule. Dyllan came out and installed a 3 1/2 ton unit for our upstairs all by himself and did an incredible job. He was courteous and kind throughout the entire process. We’ve been using rapid response for six years and we are always pleased!
Rapid Response is a great company with a professional staff. Justin was our service repair technician and I called the company and requested that for future service, I only want Justin. He is a fine young man with prestige manners and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond, cleaning our HVAC unit during our maintenance service. I have never seen any service representative do what Justin did. As long as Justin is with Rapid Response Co, I will give a 5 star review every time. I am so thankful for this amazing young man who takes pride in what he does.

Eliana was great, professional and knowledgeable when it came to letting me know what services were provided and what i needed. Dylan the service tech was just as great and knowledgeable and courteous. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home when i went to work while he did the install. Definitely would recommend.

The scheduling of my appointment was incredibly easy and flexible. Justin was absolutely FANTASTIC! Professional, went through everything with me so I could understand, and just the kindest person I’ve met. When I called to give good feedback on my experience, the owner called me which doesn’t happen nowadays. 10/10 recommend!

Dyllan and his colleague were fantastic to work with. They were responsive, courteous, and didn’t try to sell me services I did not need. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to proceed. Will definitely be using their services again.

We bought a new unit 5 years ago from them and it would go out on us every winter and summer. It got so bad and the owner was always so rude we stopped using them and had someone else come out to start fixing it. Well here we are, heat went out again called our normal guy he told us what was wrong with it, but for some reason i decided to call rapid to see if there was a lemon policy on it and I was glad I did. The receptionist told us they got new ownership and he would call us right back which he did. They came out today and took care of us. He said he wanted a chance to make it right(which he really didn’t have to) and he delivered. We will always use them for now on and recommend them to anyone looking for a HCAV person.
