We have a great relationship with Ranucci and Son’s HVAC. He and his staff are prompt, knowledgable and easy to speak with. Richie goes above and beyond for his clients! It’s great to know we have someone we can trust.
I would highly recommend Ranucci and Sons HVAC. He put a new system in our house and it was a great experience. The install was quick and we were kept up informed every step of the way. We also have yearly maintenance done which is quick and affordable giving us great peace of mind knowing our system is well taken care of. Ranucci and Sons HVAC will be taking care of my family for years ro come.

I finally have a working system! Richie replaced our HVAC system which hadn't worked EVER despite numerous companies coming out to repair it over 23 years since it was installed! I only wish he was the original installer. He knew exactly what was wrong with it! I highly highly recommend Ranucci and Sons!! Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced!
Have know the family for a long time and anytime tech ran into a jam regarding HVAC. Richie always came to the rescue.Richie is the type of technician that has ton of knowledge & he’s honest never heard of a time he did not know what he was doing . Like I said other technicians would be calling Richie for help & can not remember a time he did not come through. So highly recommend folks !!!
Burner not working and neighbor recommended Ranucci vac. Told me tech did great job. Called them tech came out got burner running in very short time plus cleaned it and checked burner for other issues. Gave a thumbs up on shape of burner. I recommend using ranucci & sons. I am alerting people in this small condo community telling them what a great job they did. Also tech was pleasant and answered my questions.

Lost heat on the coldest day of year. Was referred by another contractor and he was at our house in 20 minutes fixed the filter and we have heat now!! Very professional and honest and will use him in the future.
Our project involved replacing ductwork in a manufactured home that had been damaged by animals. It was hard to find a contractor that would take a mobile home job, but after a several referrals I connected with Richie Ranucci. He consistently stayed in touch through the planning process, responded quickly to fit us into his very busy schedule, and brought his crew in on a Sunday morning. He and his crew were great and remained upbeat despite the difficulty of working in a cramped crawl space under wintertime conditions. The work was completed to our satisfaction and in far less time than we anticipated.
On the coldest day of the year with an already busy overloaded schedule Richard came to my home and trouble shooted my heating system. I never did business with them before but came highly recommended and I can't say enough.Trustworthy,honest and wanted to make sure we were warm.Problem fixed and he also asked to follow up in AM to make sure all was still good. All my HVAC work will always be done by this wonderful family owned business Thank you Richie Outstanding customer service

Richie did an outstanding job installing a new mini split. He remained in constant contact throughout the installation process and answered any questions or concerns we had along the way. He showed up on time and left the work area clean. Richie was very professional throughout all of our interactions and I would absolutely hire him for additional HVAC work in the future.

I have used Richie and his team several times in the past including two complete homes that I was the General Contractor on, using Ranucci HVAC as one of many sub contractors. The work has always been exemplary, and the pricing has always been fair market. Most recently I had a problem with a condenser and like everybody else I wanted it taken care of as soon as possible… so I messaged the office and I received a reply back within one minute saying that someone would be there within the hour. It was a very hot day and the temperature was over 90 degrees in our work area so I was hoping for a quick resolution to my problem. Not only did they show up very quickly, but diagnosed the problem much quicker than other companies have in the past for the same issue, but also had the part with them, which had never happened before and had it installed and working within 20 minutes. Complete shock and awe! I highly recommend this outfit.
Rich came out to replace an AC unit in my rental apartment in record time! I had other work scheduled to start the following week so he squeezed me into his schedule working late hours to get it done. He was friendly and honest, guided me to the best product and his prices were very fair.
They were fantastic to work with installed new ductwork quickly and correctly.
Ritchie and his team are amazing. Recently we switched out both our furnace and central air units (as well as ductwork) and they made sure this went seamlessly. From the initial phone call, to Ritchie following up with us after everything was completed, the communication was fabulous. Prices were more than fair. We would definitely recommend! A 10 out of 10 for sure!
