Randy has integrity which is not always easy to find in the HVAC arena. He has a mentality of repairing first before recommending a full expensive replacement. He has loyal customers because he puts them first instead of short term gains by telling people they need a brand new furnace or AC. I’d recommend Randy to anyone in the area who wants an honest analysis of their HVAC needs.
Randy came out for a service call on our 28 year old A/C unit. Maybe the best service call I've ever had. He was fantastic, and his focus was all about repairing not selling a new unit. He quickly found the problem (faulty capacitor) and replaced it. Along the way he shared with me extensive information about my air conditioner and gave several helpful answers to questions I had. In the end I had an inexpensive resolution and a new friend.

There is nobody I trust more than Randy's for HVAC. TRUST is huge on something like this. I previously received a bogus scare tactic based estimate from another company. Randy's came and said it simply was not the case and was able to fix quickly and inexpensively. I have used them multiple times and will not hesitate to recommend them.

So impressed and highly recommend. We have gone through about four HVAC companies with various issues and estimates. Randy and the estimator have been doing this for many years. The estimator did not try to sell me a plan or new furnace. He was here for about a half an hour and reviewed all our options including how to do our own repair. Did I mention I'm super impressed and highly recommend?

Randy tells it straight, and tries to save you money. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. I'd recommend him to anyone.
I first called WESTERN when my heat went out . But they told me I need to replace the blow motor for 750$ ... so I wanted a 2nd opinion. Randy did a full diagnostic and discovered it was ACTUALLY water damage to mother board, and the blow motor was fine. He replaced it and checked EVERYTHING else. I highly recommend him.
The service tech they sent is a great guy and helped me figure out how to fix the issues the builders hvac installers caused.
I was referred to Randy's by a neighbor who used to work for them. My AC has never worked well since the home was new over 6 years ago. We'd bring other guys out every couple years and they'd all do the same thing... Add more refrigerant telling us it was low. I tried Randy's this time and he got down to the root problem very quickly. The builders had put the wrong size coil inside the house. Coils are not cheap, but in the end, our AC has never worked so well. These guys are a small outfit, but know what they're doing and follow up after the job is done to make sure you are satisfied. We are very happy with the service and feel it was more affordable than many other companies would be. Highly recommended.
