AC was out this morning. Called Randolph's and they were able to send John within a few hours. He troubleshot and found the problem, and got the AC working again. A board still needs to be replaced but I'm up and running.
We own a few properties in Polk County and we have met a few HVAC tech in our business.... but the service I got today from John Pacitti is by far one of the very best service we have received from any tech or HVAC company. He handled two of our properties today....just excellent!!
Our AC went out overnight. I called Randolph’s first thing in the morning and they were able to get John to my house by noon. John identified the issue before he even looked at the unit. Not only did he know the issue, he suspected a short in the wiring outside. He went out and found the short immediately. He replaced the fuse and was on his way. As he was leaving, he noticed that the outside unit was making a terrible noise. He went back at it and found that the short had blown a board and out thermostat. The board was ordered and I purchased a new thermostat. The next morning, John was back with the new board, replaced it and had our AC running. Randolph’s always has professional and knowledgeable techs and John is no exception.

These guys seemed great at first, but weren't able to take the job due to limited space and a cut truss, which I understood at the time (3 other ac guys a I had quote the work did not see this truss, which is why I wanted it written on paper). Initially they were supposed to leave the report on my counter. I called on Friday and they said they would send a report Monday. I called today Tuesday and they said, "we've ready told you we're not doing the work, there's no report to give." I asked for a report because I just bought this house and the inspector did not catch it. I wanted to send it back to the inspector to ask him for another review. Taking my business and money to people who follow through on their word with better customer service.
I've been using this company for years. They are skilled, professional, honest, and timely in their response to a/c issues.
Couldn't recommend them enough! Bob discovered some MAJOR issues and took the time to explain it to me. He even offered to speak with the electrician so he could relay what needed to be done, because it was a lot. They definitely look out for you and do honest, quality work! They have great promotions and pricing as well.
They fixed my AC for a very reasonable price on a Sunday!!
My service Tech was super Knowledgable and more Technically Skilled then most I have had in past .. Imagine getting this service yearly with zero effort on something i had to do anyways .. Saves me the headache Ask for ....Mr Hobbs . thats who was my A.C expert was ..Above and Beyond Always Impressive to see a Local Company do what they say they will ... If you aren't Impressed with this company then you haven't had enough maintenance done ... Like I have in past with others ... Sometimes you get lucky ...I certainly did with Randolphs .. They now , are my NEW GO TO for all AC Maintenance and if I need future repairs......they offer yearly maintenance and check ups for a super great deal ... Ask them about their 59$ yearly service package ... Its their best kept secret .. ...Thanks to Mr Hobbs and Randolph Crew ... Definitely call Randolph's AC... if you need anything AC related .. Easily a 5 Star Company ..
Jason is very attentive, restorful and prompt in returning calls/services. Techs( Justin, Eric etc) are on time and very professional .. Great Service. I would definitely recommend!
We've used Randolph's for years. Always prompt and courteous. Never trying to upsale you and they have always fixed the problem the first time .
