Justin is amazing! Called for service on the holiday weekend desperate,he went out of his way to take care of me. He had all the parts in the truck to get me going and all set up, went above and beyond regarding price knowing I'm a single mother. I'm so grateful to have found this company and Justin. Would definitely recommend
Justin and Joe are very professional with their services and customer support. I was referred by a co worker to give them a call after my ac unit was having some issues. Justin was very understanding of my problems I was having and dispatched Joe to my house the same day I called Joe said he couldn’t make it until 7:30pm but he still came and helped me get cold air back in my home! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs service!
Though it was a busy season, he took care of my air conditioner issue in the next day morning. Price was good and workmanship was good. I am so thankful to have this company near me. Thank you.
I needed service on a Sunday, furnace stopped working. Justin took my call, he patched Joe the technician, then called me back for an update minutes later. Both Justin and Joe were professional, nice, quick, and honest. Hard to find companies like this, Randall Heating & Cooling will be our go-to company whenever we need service. Thank you for what you do and how you do it!

Woke up to AC running but not cooling anything and an expected temperature of 97. I’ve been lucky enough to not need heating or cooling repair since I’ve lived in this house, so I had no idea where to begin. I first called another local business who told me they couldn’t have someone out to look at it for 3 weeks. Next call was to Randall. They told me they could come same day but would probably be late afternoon and to text my address. They were able to come earlier than expected and have it fixed same day. I don’t know that all heating and cooling repairs are this easy, but they were responsive and fixed the problem quickly. Would definitely recommend.
Randall Heating/Justin was recommended by a friend after our AC stopped working. When they gave Justin our number he called immediately, came out the next morning and identified the problem within minutes. He thoroughly explained the problem, gave us our options without any pressure on what to do. He told us what he would do when we weren’t sure. Very very very reasonable price given that he came out on a Saturday morning from a Friday evening call.
My wife and I were in need of central air in our home. We have had multiple contractors out who flat out said it would be too much of a hassle to do the job with the layout of our house. Justin came in and gave us a quote under the competition and within a few days was here promptly at 9am to install the air and a new furnace all in one day. Justin is very personable and was great to work with. I will happily be calling him in the future for any heating / cooling / plumbing needs.

Praise the Lord, early this morning the owner pick up the phone and help me, in my time of need. No heat . He offered to come out right away on a Saturday to get the job done. However due to circumstances beyond his control, at this time, not able to render services. However was able to offer excellent alternatives to help me in the meantime. I highly recommend Randall Heating and Cooling.
My mom's furnace stopped working and he came out the next morning and showed us the issue and how to keep it from happening again. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Cannot say enough positive things about this service.
I cannot say enough positive things about Justin, the owner of Randall heating and cooling. Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest weeks of the year. With a newborn at home, we were eager to get someone to come out and take a look as quickly as possible. Most other heating and cooling companies were booked out for several weeks, even for an assessment. Justin adjusted his schedule to come out that same morning. He was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our very old air conditioner finally saw its last day, and Justin recommended a new air conditioning unit. He made multiple calls, and personally traveled to different cities (after normal work hours) to pick up all of the parts needed to put in a new system within two days. He truly went above and beyond for us, and we could not thank him enough. His prices are affordable and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Randall heating and cooling!!!
Found Justin through a friend when my late 80’s AC went out. Received a great price on a full AC replacement. When I say great price he killed the competition and we now have a great Carrier AC system. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family.
Very friendly and knowledgeable about his field. Came out on short notice and recharged ac system. Prices are very fair, all around good experience. Will continue to use for future Hvac calls.
Justin is amazing he fixed our furnace and just came out today and repaired our a/c. He is honest and doesn’t try to mislead you in anyway. He arrives when you expect and explains everything he is going to do prior. He also makes you aware of potential down the road issues. Will never use another heating and cooling company.

After 4 quotes for replacing our airconditioner and furnace, Randall Heating and Cooling is who we went with. They were on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves, and very professional. We were not over sold or under sold. Prices were great too.
