I had RAM install a minisplit on my parents colonial in Fall River. Price was fair, they showed up on time and got the job done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend RAM Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for HVAC technicians. Will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend!
Used Ryan’s company in 2020 and had no issues. But this time around it was very challenging to get a hold of him. 5/16 - spoke with Ryan and provided address for service. 5/27 - hadn’t heard anything and reached back out to Ryan. We discussed the following week. 6/2 - reached out again saying any day is fine. Whatever works for him. No response. 6/5 - reached out again, Ryan said the weather wasn’t permitting. But would be out the week of the 12th. 6/12 - by Wednesday I hadn’t heard anything from Ryan so I texted and called. No response. I called MJ Heating and Cooling. They came out and completed the job. 6/17 - Ryan reaches out to schedule. Over a month later.
This was a great company to work with. They always showed up when they said they would, stayed in touch with the progress and got the job done. Ryan was great and his crew was very respectful. I would absolutely use them in the future for any HVAC needs.
