I have use them for just repairs and for the installation of our new furnace and have always had excellent experience with them. They are honest, professional and responsive. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling issues.

Ram Air installed the heating and air system in our home. When we had a service technician come out to do a routine cleaning and tune-up, we learned that Ram Air did not install air filtration racks with either furnace (our home has two furnaces). We also learned that the exhaust flue had been improperly installed. Both of these errors were causing significant damage to the furnaces, and retro fitting the filtration racks required cutting out existing duct work and raising the furnaces. The cost of making these adjustments was over $2000! When my general contractor contacted Ram Air about the problem, the gentleman's first response was "code doesn't require a filtration rack." My contractor also told me he thought it was unlikely Ram Air would do anything to rectify the problem, especially since the warranty period had passed. My contractor likewise didn't feel like he had any leverage with Ram Air since he no longer uses them (I wonder why?!). My exchanges with Ram Air didn't go much better. First, the gentleman I spoke to bad mouthed the company that diagnosed the problems and ultimately did the repairs by claiming they were advising work that didn't need to be done or that could be done much cheaper. The diagnosing technician walked me through the problems and showed me how we could Jerry-rig an air filter through half-measures that would slow but not stop the bleeding vs. actually correcting the problem. Ram Air then stated that he had installed a filtration rack, which was a flat out lie. As to the company that did the repairs, they have a 4.9 rating with over 1000 Google reviews. Who would you trust? A company with a proven track record or the company that didn't do the job right in the first place? When I contacted the furnace manufacturer, they were stunned to learn that an installer would not include a filtration rack, something the installation instructions make clear isn't included with the units but is required and must be purchased separately. This company has Never failed to keep an appointment, fix a problem, even if it's after hours, and come out to diagnose problems with my AC on extremely hot nights, or fix my heater in the cold of winter..... ONE GREAT COMPANY. ... SHON VEST. ...

CALL or TEXT Armando FIRST, he has come out a couple times over the years to fix our A/C, both times when he was totally slammed at the beginning of the hot season when everyone's A/C breaks. He worked us into a very busy schedule with only a short delay. Was cooperative with a lot of communication, gave us a heads up that he was on the way so someone could go meet him at the house without sitting there all day. Responds to texts well, great guy, VERY reasonable price and professional, I would never call anyone else!
