The folks at Raleigh Air are amazing! Had some issues with my HVAC not heating my home suddenly, which is a big issue with two 1 year olds! Had a technician come take a look within a few hours of the call, fix the issue and even tell me how to prevent it from happening again! AMAZING SUPPORT! Thanks so much for all the help and will definitely use them again!

My family and I came home in the heat of early August after an 18 hour trip to an A/C that was not cooling and temps rising. Raleigh Air came to our rescue, after hours no less, on their way home from a bigger project they had going on. It turned out to be an inexpensive fix and they had us on the way to cooler temps in less than 30 minutes. Prior to this visit, I'd been using Raleigh Air at my place of business for years prior to needing them personally and they have always been honest and forthright in my dealings with them with a real heart to help. I cannot recommend them enough.
For weeks I'd had anemic airflow and my AC just couldn't keep up with the heat. I was nervous to have a lot of work done, but I called Raleigh Air after the third day in a row of sweating. They were able to get someone out the next day. Easily the most efficient troubleshooting I've seen. The technician attached some wireless devices to my vents, checked my unit, and had it refilled, cleaned, and ready to go in 15 minutes. He waited long enough to make sure that the airflow was good (about 5 minutes). Everyone was very polite, and got things taken care of efficiently.
Used them again and had another great experience! Called Friday morning at 8:00 and they had someone onsite by 10:45. Duke did a great job! He even took a picture that showed how much heat was being lost.
It was great Doug spotted the problem and is taking care of it. Would recommend.

Up front, don’t use this company. Don’t take the risk. In July, we requested service on a system they installed 4 yrs ago. Tech showed up and talked to his wife the whole time on the phone. He never offered to remove his shoes. He couldn’t figure out the issue and had to call the boss. He blamed me for ordering a Nest thermostat and said it was the reason my system went bad. I didn’t believe him but I spent $200 and changed it. I waited a few more days with no a/c for a part to be installed that they ordered incorrectly in the first place. Part was installed. All good. Fast forward four weeks later to August. Again, no a/c. Called again, another tech showed up because the first had been fired. He looked at the system and said it was full of water due to a stopped up drain line and everything had shorted out. They pulled a ton of parts. Why didn’t the first tech catch that issue? The tech then told me to wait for the quote from the company and he would undercut it and do the work on the side. Not good. I called the owner trying to help him save some business and said I should not have to pay for another service repair to fix their problem and he agreed, so he came out and looked at the system himself, got me running again but we still had to wait two more weeks for more parts. I had not paid the bill at this point. Fast forward to September 9. They came out today to install remaining parts. The owner looked at the thermostat and said it was wired incorrectly. Their tech told me it was wired correctly and I even had him double check. Wow! I told them the system was not cooling properly and they said they would check it. When they finished installing the parts, they got ready to leave and I had to tell them they quoted me for a system coil clean and they had never done it. The owner looked through the record and never saw it was completed so they did it. I paid them, nearly $1000 parts/labor and they left, I still had to pay the service fee and we still have no cool
Cody is great! He clearly knows his stuff. He showed up on time and was able to complete the job quickly. Very nice guy too! He was happy to answer my questions and explain the technical details in an easy to understand way. Very highly recommended!
The people at Raleigh air are very thorough, honest, and fairly priced. They are also great about squeezing me in when I’ve had any issues w my AC or heat. We had used another company for years a while back and realized they were not servicing and cleaning our units properly and were recommending expensive repairs we did not need. So thankful we found Raleigh Air. Would not even consider using anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience with Raleigh Air. Hunter was my tech and he arrived right on time. He had us fixed and up and running in no time at all. He also was kind enough to be nice to my dog and give her a treat. I would deffenatly call them again for any issues in the future.
The tech that came out to fix my AC was extremely nice and knew exactly what it was and fixed it in an Hour. I’ve dealt with a few of AC service places in Raleigh. The cheapest rate I found to do what had to be done as well. I will be calling Raleigh Air next Time we have problems. (Knock on wood)
