Rak came in behind a bad AC contractor that came through and fixed everything up for us. Super nice, responsive, and detail oriented. We would use them again.
Rudy was great! His attention to detail, prompt and efficient services got our air conditioning system working in 10 minutes!! He knew as soon as he saw it what the problem was. Despite today normally being his day off, he came out and took care of us! Five Star service and a very courteous professional! Will definitely recommend to everyone.
Rudy and Kasey were so responsive when we were completely clueless as what to do when it was almost reading 90 degrees in our home in August! Rudy came out promptly and repaired our system quick! He was so knowledgeable about our system and gave these first time home buyers a lot of helpful tips. Will continue to use RAK and recommend to anyone in need!
BEWARE!!! The gentleman came promptly when AC when out. He said the capacitor was bad and suggested to change the contactor. 8 months later I started to have other problems because the gentleman put the wrong size capacitor in. The capacitor installed started to over heat the compressor and melt the contactor. When I confronted him about it so that he could make it right it was deny, deny, deny. Don't trust this guy, he does not warranty his work andhe is a shady technician. I witnessed the work that was done while he was at my house and he explained what he was doing while he was doing it and still denies it. Please go else where even if your in a bind cause you will end up spending more in the end.
Rudy was very nice and professional! He took the time to explain the issues going on with our AC unit and then gave us options to consider. In the end we decided to install a whole new unit and he gave us a great price! I highly recommend Rudy and his team!
On a very hot Texas day our AC quit. RAK Heating/AC came to our rescue. After testing our unit; Rudy found the problem and replaced the part. Even before he had reimbursement from our warranty company. Knowing Texas heat, he didn’t want us going without AC. Bottom line he cared. We definitely recommend Rudy and Kelsey for all your heating and air conditioner needs.
RAK fixed my AC after the contractor American Home Shield sent out failed to do so. RAK was able to give me an immediate appointment, took time to explain exactly what he was doing in layman terms. He had my AC fully operational. I would recommend RAK to anyone and will use them again in the future.
I had a great experience with RAK heating and cooling during the hottest time of the year! Rudy and his team came out in a timely manner when my AC went out. He gave me a bid for a new unit and made the process fast and easy. I’m a very happy customer and will recommend him to family and friends.
Rudy to the Rescue !!! When our a/c went out, another company in San Antonio no names mentioned. (JW) wanted over 10 grand to replace it. Rudy came in, looked our system, and got us back in cold air with ALL brand new components for less than half. They even installed the new thermostat that my wife and I requested. He was professional, polite, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and found us what we needed in no time. Once the unit arrived, the work was done in no time. I definitely know who our new HVAC service is!!! I will recommend RAK to every one I know!!
RAK AC was awesome with price, customer service, and AC installation. When our AC went out, they gave us the best quote, being significantly lower than other AC companies. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely use them for maintenance service. Give them a call, they won’t let you down. If you need a new AC, give them a call, you will be happy you did!!!!!!!!
I needed a new unit and RAK came to the rescue. They gave me a great quote and delivery date. The team was very professional, timely and efficient. I will not be using any other AC/Heating company. They are the best.

Rudy and Kasey are simply the best. Professional, courteous, friendly and competent - as good as it gets. And they always do what they say, when they say they will do it. I would definitely recommend RAK for HVAC needs.
