I had ridiculous estimates from the larger refrigeration companies to come out and replace a compressor on a split wine cooler refrigeration unit. I contacted Tim at RAIR and the work was easily scheduled. They came when they said they were coming, had all the necessary equipment, installed the compressor with ease and stayed after charging to make certain there were no leaks and temperature was dropping. They decided not to install a gas valve after inspection saving me some money on the repair work. Furthermore, they COMMUNICATE. I was able to send pictures and part numbers in advance and they were able to find all parts and get prepared to do the job correctly one time. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with the service from Rair HVAC. Not only did Tim answer a call the morning after a hurricane, and was willing to come out with quite a few flooded roads, but the communication on any delays and ETA were fantastic! Came in at a great price for parts and labor, even came out on a Saturday for installation. The install was fantastic and went above and beyond to fix some of the old fittings that the old installer of my old unit left. I cannot recommend them enough and will be happy to use them again in the future!
Rair LLC is a very professional business. The entire crew is excellent. From start to finish I have not one complaint. They replaced our entire system, including the concrete slab,PC pipes, Copper pipes, everything!!!They had the best quote out of the 3 quotes I received.I believe if I called and got additional quotes they would still be the best. If you are looking for 5 star service and above Rair LLC is your company. I will recommend them to anyone who ask me about a quality AC Company.
They were on time and came the same day I called, honest and very responsive when the issue was identified as well as very good pricing. Very professional and reliable and I would recommend to anyone I know that needed hvac maintenance, repairs or installations. Couldn't have been any happier with the service and price.
