Absolutely the best in the upstate. My family has been using them for years and recommended them to me. Raindrop is my primary person for all things related to heating and cooling.
After reading all of the 5 star reviews for Raindrop, I decided they were the company to call. And I am so thankful I did! Excellent, honest service and so reasonable. Brandon got my air conditioning working again quickly and was so personable to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough!
We have an older system that recently stopped cooling. After reading several reviews online we called Brandon for help. He was prompt to answer and return messages, friendly and happy to help us asap. Brandon arrived on time, deduced the problem and fixed it quickly. The best part was that he relayed the information about our system without trying to overcharge or upsell me on simply replacing the whole unit. Honesty and integrity mean a lot and Brandon has certainly won any future business from me and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very skilled hvac service provider!
These guys are prompt with communication and they show up when they promise! They do great work and they are honest too which is hard to find these days! They are great with explaining the issues in layman's terms for home owners as well. Highly recommend them to anyone in the upstate that needs HVAC service or repair!
Brandon Badgett was able to repair ductwork, thus doing what two other HVAC companies were unable to do, that is, cool all parts of the house. He was friendly, thorough, professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him!!
Brandon was able to get our upstairs AC cooling again and was even able to work us in a day earlier than we expected. He was on-time and worked quickly for a fair price. Plus he’s super friendly and explained all our options so they were easy to understand. Highly recommended!
Brandon was super friendly, very professional, on time, reasonably priced and most importantly, honest. I had him come out after another big HVAC company made attempts at unnecessary repairs and upsells and frankly I just didn't trust them. Based on my experience with him I've cancelled my service contract with the other company and will have him come out in the future to do all maintenance and repairs. Thanks Brandon!
Brandon has been the best for us. He really goes above and beyond to fix or replace a system as needed. He doesn't upsell or price gouge, just charges fair part cost and fair hourly rate. And he really knows his stuff with HVAC. VERY experienced.

It is rare to be treated like family by a contractor, but Brandon at Raindrop does it. By far he is the best service and price I have experienced in HVAC work. Super knowledgeable and a nice person to boot.
