I have used Rain or Shine on various occasions and I can't say enough about the company from the guy who answers the phone to Carlos (technician) who is a pleasure to work with. Carlos is knowledgeable and courteous it's like having my nephew over to fix my problem. More companies should have employees like these two gentleman plus the job is always done right! Thank you Rain or Shine!
I highly recommend Rain or Shine for your heating and air repairs. They are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and accommodating. I have used them several times and am always pleased with their work ethics and results. My technician, Carlos Corona, did a fantastic job installing my new heating unit. In my opinion they go beyond what is expected and do so in a timely manner.
Had another company come check my A/c in this hot weather it wasn’t cooling and was told to repair was gonna be 4900 or to purchase a new condenser will be 5000 RAIN OR SHINE came out same day to inspect and got it back up and running for $280 caint go wrong real honest people and they take there time to check
Our AC went out on Monday. Not only was it during a heat wave, but also a holiday. They got a repair tech out to us about an hour earlier than expected. He was prompt and professional. Will absolutely call them again.
So impressed with these guys. Had an issue with one of my rentals. Called multiple technicians and all couldn’t get to the property for 3-5 days! A/C is out and tenant is sitting in 100 degree weather…don’t have 3-5 days to figure this out. One call to Stephen and he was able to get a technician Carlos out within in 3 hours. Got the issue resolved for under $500…and I couldn’t be happier. Very appreciative and impressed. Will be utilizing these guys in the future. Thanks again.
I can’t say enuff good about this company! My air conditioning stopped working and we are elderly with health conditions and Steve sent out carlos to help fix our air conditioning, he’s the best, and there prices really are reasonable, I won’t use anyone else. Thank you rain or shine, and very thankful for Carlos,he really knows his job. Carla H.
Phenomenal company. Cheapest price in town for quality and honest service. Beto is a master of his craft and provided the best service a customer can ask for. Will not hesitate to keep using them for all my future plumbing needs. Update June 28, 2021. Beto serviced my AC drain line blockage today and as always he did a phenomenal job. I called Sunday night and he was there the following morning; super fast response. Beto will always be my go-to person when it comes to my plumbing and A/C concerns. Not only that he gives me a price, but I truly enjoy the side bar conversations we always have when he is out fixing my ac/plumbing issues. Always an A++++++SERVICE!
Had a complete A/C and Heating System with new ducts installed, I found the price to be fair but most of all the technicians were very conscientious with great detail to there work, I was very pleased, also they were very pleasant to speak and do business with, I would highly recommend them and will be calling them when a plumping problem arises.
One of only 2 places that actually answered the phone on Sunday. They came out ontime and gave me a great quote for a new air conditioner. The installer and I had good conversations about my options and ultimately I went with the better value. They came out on Monday and installed the new unit because all the warehouses were closed on Sunday.
Steven and Brian came out quickly to replace an H20 Heater. These guys are awesome. Just a year or more ago I had my AC unit breakdown on 100 degree day. They came out quickly then also and did a great job. Thanks guys!
