Had a clogged condensate pipe in the middle of a 100+ degree heat wave. Contacted several companies who either didn't answer their phone or were unavailable on short notice. Thanks to Rain or Shine I was able to get my house cooled down for a very reasonable price, especially considering the same day service.
Talk about an amazing job, highly knowledgeable and does the job right the first time, they walked me thru the entire process, I highly recommend Rain or Shine!!! Beto came to the rescue and helped fixed a old unit for me, I later installed a new AC unit and Furnace. Everything is running amazing, house cooled down quick!! Beto is amazing to work with, easy going and didn’t mind my 100 questions lol thank you again Rain or Shine!!!

The technician was super helpful and did a amazing job on our heat pump. Our AC was low on refrigerant and he defrosted the coils and recharged the system. Best HVAC in the hemet area
Perfect, professional, and timely! Right in the middle of a heat wave in July, Rain or Shine came through for my family to fix our air conditioner. I called in the morning and they were here within about 2 hours. The problem was diagnosed, explained to me- with options!, and they were able to get cold air going again by noon. I also want to acknowledge and highlight how amazing it was to have options for repairs and service and to have someone looking out for what is best for my home and taking the time to explain and work with me on repairs and pricing. I am keeping these guys in my contacts and will be using them again! Thank you so much for being a positive and professional service to rely on!
Really wished it wasn't so expensive but it could easily been more. I don't mind being up sold for necessary items to be fixed and he went over everything. Nothing recommend seemed out of ordinary and I felt like they worked with me. Arrived later than expected by about an hour. I'm satisfied with the work performed and will use them again.
Carlos was outstanding, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my ac and clearly explained the problem, answered all my questions and explained the possible solutions. The new motor works great and I know who I’ll call for my hvac!
No good.This is faker service store.becareful!!! They finished repairing the air conditioner. I charged me 403 dollars. Still not working the next day. They didn't come when I called. Later, I looked for maintenance personnel from other manufacturers. The reason is that they replaced the 75-volt transformer with a 40-volt transformer. Please be careful of this repair shop.
Beto and Carlos came with almost no notice and replace my entire system heating and ac. They where very professional and had the best price from the other 10 companies I called before hand. Hands down recommend this company with a 10/10 rating. Thanks again fellas

Excellent service. Had a big issue with my water heater. They were able to come out same day and look over the issue. Had to get a new one installed which I decided on and called them the next morning. They were able to come out again the same day and have the replacement done in a couple of hours. My tech was Carlos and he did a great job at answering all of questions I had, and examined anything and everything I needed. Very good work. Very friendly.

5 stars is not enough. I wish I could give a thousand. I called at 6pm on Tuesday evening and on Wednesday at 930am my AC was up and running. Courteous. Helpful. Honest. You won’t be disappointed.

Just had a fantastic experience! We had been told by numerous companies that they could not come out same day and it could be up to a week until they could. Rain or Shine was not only able to come out same day, but Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and was able to remedy the problem immediately. We are now so much more comfortable with our AC working during this extreme heat wave. I cannot express how thankful I am for Carlos and Rain or Shine! Thank you all so much for everything!! I highly recommend this company for any AC need. If we ever have more problems with our AC or any plumbing issues, Rain or Shine will be our first call!
